Great room,great price and added extras a bonus,clean and comfy would definitely recommend and stay again

My experience in Hamilton hotel is awesome. The cleanliness is very good and i really enjoy to stay there . The location is better . I really like the location of hotel.

Not so much a B&B but a hostel. Accommodation was fair, but sinks that wouldn't empty and stained carpets let it down. Also, the bed was past its sale by date and wasn't comfortable. The worst thing was the 'free' breakfast. The items listed as being provided weren't. Some days, there was no bread or orange juice. My partner is vegan, and no alternatives were provided despite this being discussed at the time of the booking. We also had to go out and buy crockery and cutlery as there wasn't any available in the communal kitchen! Would never dream of returning to this place. Had I bothered to read the reviews already posted, I wouldn't have booked it. Lesson learnt...

This is not a hotel. It is not even a B&B. It said bed and breakfast. Cigarettes left outside front door. Two slices of bread left in a plastic bag and half a tin of baked beans. Very noisy road. Springs in mattress, could not sleep, No way I would ever staw here again, keep clear. Make your own choice but I am better than this

I wasn’t well and had a cold bug but we couldn’t cancel and at £159 it was a lot of money to lose. Granted my coughing and throat clearing can’t have been nice for next door…however.. The house is lovely and the room well set out, heating was on full pelt so I turned it down as I was cooking in side. All clean beautiful paint work- some one had nicked our parking spot but all was good and we settled in. I am writing this review at 4:45am because the room opposite clearly has family elsewhere in the building. Whilst dropping off to sleep an argument in the hall over the door code kicked off several times ones at 12:30ish, next after one, then two and three. Doors banking, walking round the house like it was broad day light. Eventually I’ve had to say something because it’s gone too far. I can’t rest. Can’t relax with bang, crash and Wollaston every 5 mins. Not slept at all. It’s not acceptable

Unusual accommodation where it is easy to self-cater. This happened to suit us perfectly. My husband was undergoing daily radiotherapy and chemotherapy for five weeks. When we were still staying in our own home, this meant an 85 mile round trip each day. So we decided for the last two weeks to stay in Lincoln for four nights both weeks. First room we had was room 5 - spacious double en-suite on the first floor. Faced the main road, so quite a bit of traffic noise. Second week, we were in room 2, having requested a ground floor room. Again, spacious double with en-suite. Again, faced main road but we were more aware of traffic noise, as there was no double glazing in this room. Earplugs were provided! The fridges in the rooms were very useful, amply stocked for breakfasts, but still enough room for microwave meals. During our stay, the heating in our room failed, but this was speedily remedied. It is easy to contact management for help, on the number provided. Free Wi-Fi, and cable tv. Spotlessly clean, modern kitchen, with three ovens and hobs, plus two microwaves. Basic crockery and cutlery provided, but no cooking equipment. Take your own microwave dishes if you want to use your breakfast baked beans? Bathroom heated towel rails can get very hot, and are right next to the toilets, so worth being careful to avoid burns! But towels dried quickly. Very good value for money. Not luxury, but not luxury prices!

I wish my partnerand I had looked at the reviews before booking to stay at this place. The room we had was filthy, the bathroom was dirty, the shower looked like it had not been cleaned due to the amount of dirt that was in there that came off when the shower was running. The bathroom was small and was hardly any room to move. The only good thing about the room was the fridge that was well stocked.

Reasonably priced property,plenty of parking clean interior, Left to your own devises which is what I prefer, host is easy to contact if needed, Breakfast is a continental style which is available in the room along with cold items in fridge,

Don't be fooled with the title "hotel" this is a self service hostel! We paid £264 for 4 adults, the listing said continental breakfast included, I've had continental breakfasts before, so thought this a good price. The listing boasts "continental" breakfast which consisted of 1 small box of cornflakes per person, 2 slices of day old bread, ok the mini fridge, had jam cheese and yoghurt. No fruit, or pastries it was really disappointed, I felt conned. Their contact number if you have a problem is in San Francisco! Which explains why they use WhatsApp! Although the kitchen was big and clean there was no food in the cupboards. No fruit on the table, we hoped on pastries but no, and a grubby table runner. Our room was clean, the thing that really made me mad, one bathroom and toilet in the whole place!!! (no signs to say more somewhere else) My partner needed a pee in the night, the bathroom was locked he looked for another couldn't find one, in the end after an hour of trying to get in the bathroom at 5am I hammered on the door eventually 2 people emerged, obviously drunk or....scuttled off! But really!!! One toilet bathroom not acceptable! I won't be back that's for sure!
