Hotel Lincoln Inn on Route 66 and Near I-55 anmeldelser

Hotel refused to refund us. We had to cancel our reservation due to our mother’s death. They said to us “too bad”. The third party tried to get them to refund our money but informed that the hotel refused. They have no courtesy for the death of anyone. I strongly don’t recommend this hotel.

I rarely give bad reviews, place was dirty, no fitted sheets, queen sheet on a king bed. I was worried about safety. Looked like kit is being used as a temporary housing for homeless, which is fine except for a holiday trip for a Route 66 vacation.

Worst hotel ever. Had to change rooms 3 times due to broken and dirty rooms. Final room had broken detector, moldy bathroom ceiling, damaged wood, broken lampshades and electrical outlets that didn’t work. Horrible smell middle of night.

CANCELED stay when we saw the condition and the people that are living there PERMANENTLY! RUDE renters this motel has! Renters seem to be under the influence of something and the OWNER would NOT do anything about their behavior!! NOT a safe place to stay at!

Very disappointed. The place smelled awful, even with multiple incense burning all over. Roaches running when you turned on the lights, this place reminded me more of a halfway house then a motel. Didn't even have the smoke alarm plugged in, hair stuck in the drain on the shower. Had a total of 2 towel for a hot tub and shower room. No fitted sheets on the bed. No comforter on the bed. Doesn't look like the room had really been cleaned correctly for a long time. Had to deal with someone walking the hallway with their kitty litter box. People coming in and leaving constantly more like drug deals instead of staying. No breakfast as advertised, no coffee at all, what good is a motel that doesn't even have coffee? This is nothing as advertised and not even close to the pictures.

Keep on driving, dirty, unkept, living location for transient. First mistake not leaving after first arriving. Felt unsafe at times. Always check reviews thoroughly, my second mistake. Unprofessional staff. Pool not open. Cracked bathroom sick. Non working TV/Remote, no mattress pad, mattress extremely stained.
