Riverbank Motel and Cabins Managed by Vacasa

Wonderful cabin feet from the Pemi river. It has a nice deck that allows you to sit out and watch/listen to the river. The place was very clean and well cared for - the owner seems to take pride in their cabins. We would be thrilled to stay there again when we are in the area. One note: the cabin is very close to the road, however there is little traffic at night and it did not bother our sleep/time there.

The view is amazing, right on the river! We stayed in cabin b, perfect size for a couple. Bed is comfortable. It’s awesome that included in the price is all the amenities at a hotel down the street, pools, gym, game room, movies. Peaceful location while being close to stores

This is my 2nd time here in a year. It's close to a great diner and Clark's trading post (walking distance to both). Near so many hiking trails and things to do. I love that you have access to the resort a couple miles away with fitness center, pools, hot tubs. You get high price amenities with an affordable rate. The room has everything you need to cook, reheat and refrigerate food so no need to spend $$ eating out if you don't want to. It's very clean too. Highly recommended!! Oh... plus the porch is awesome too!

My friends and I came from a wedding held at Loon Mountain Resort. We were supposed to transfer to a new Airbnb when we were told of a mixup in the situation, so at around 9:30 p.m. or almost 10 p.m. (maybe even later) on a Memorial Day weekend that began on a Friday in New Hampshire, several hundred miles away from where we live in Queens in New York City, we were lost and out looking for a place to stay. We found a hotel near the resort, but the cost was $271 for a night and there's a two-night minimum requirement because of the Memorial Day weekend. We drove around and stumbled on the Riverbank Motel. We initially thought it was closed, but when my friend and I tried to go to the office and knocked on the door, the lights turned on automatically. Diana at the front desk welcomed us. Pleasant, charming, and fully masked! She was very kind and accommodating, and in less than 15 minutes we were on our way to Motel 9 across the street, which is basically a room with a porch and a parking lot! The place has two queen-size beds and was well stocked with the basics (i.e., towels, shampoo, soap, etc.). It was very clean and there was a kitchenette complete with dish soap and other kitchen accessories. The place was cozy and the surroundings were quiet. Most of all, the overall cost was less than half the hotel resort's price which also required a two-night minimum stay. Our total including tax was around $120+ (take note, this was a night of booking!). Thanks to this place and Diana, what was a stressful evening turned out to be a very restful night for me and my friends. Riverbank is a must-experience in Lincoln!

We enjoyed Cabin A for a short getaway. I like that the property is close to so many attractions and you don’t have to go far at all for food, etc. My husband booked the cabin so I didn’t know what to expect but it’s better than I anticipated: spacious and VERY clean. It seems like everything has been thought of: extra towels/washcloths, bedding for the sofa bed, cooking utensils, dishwashing supplies, etc. The queen bed was comfortable and you can tell the cabin has had some updates. Love the view of the river out the back living room window and parking is easy with our own driveway. Plenty of storage and places to put your stuff. I like this place enough that I wouldn’t take off stars but the shower stall was a bit tight if you’re tall or want to shave your legs and like most lodgings, I could have used more water pressure BUT my husband thought it was fine. Would suggest replacing pillows in bedroom. I would definitely come back!

Stayed in the Riverbank Motel - Room was very clean and updated. Frig, 2 burners and sink unit was a great addition. There was also a large microwave and Mr. Coffee. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Deana, who owns the cottages, is a very gracious host and hard working woman! Pool was clean and fairly warm. Next time we will stay i a cottage - closer to the Pemi - you can hear the water better!
