Coyote East Motel

I have been a traveling nurse for a few years now. Just as you would imagine, I have seen many hotels and establishments. In all the time that I have traveled, I have never felt as welcome and taken care of as I have here. I was skeptical at first because the hotel seemed outdated and not clean, but this changed very quickly after Sabrina the manager took over. Instantly you could see the changes. She would work hard and diligently to keep everything clean. The hotel started to look more organized and updated. Sabrina was very welcoming and she made me feel like I was not a guest, but part of a community. I felt safe because she would have the local law enforcement drive through at night to ensure safety. She made sure everything in the hotel was up to par, and if it wasn’t, she would take care of it immediately. Sabrina is probably the best manager and businesswoman I have ever met and this hotel should feel blessed to have her. There are no bugs or anything else that would be disgusting. Sabrina is very thorough in her cleaning, so bug free. I was staying on the lower floor but there was an entire community upstairs that felt so safe in there they would leave their doors open. Sadly, that has changed recently. It seems a new maintenance person was hired, and he seems to feel he has the right to break the law. He goes into the suites without permission. Even tenants who have declined any entry have been ignored and violated by this new maintenance person. There is no smoking in the hotel, and not once have I ever smelled smoke, yet this person lies and says tenants are smoking. He also intentionally breaks things so he can fix them and say he is doing his job. The folks who used to leave their doors open no longer do so because of him. The price was recently raised without warning, which is against the law. There has to be a 90 notice of the rental increase. Between an untrustworthy maintenance man who everyone feels uneasy around and no longer safe and the rate increase, this place is sure to lose business soon. The one great gem of this place is Sabrina who trustworthy, runs a clean, happy, safe, and welcoming community.
