Good hotel in convenient location

Very nice staff, delicious food and fresh new rooms. Room cleaning at the highest level! Special thanks to manager Dimitros for his attention! a beach bar with a wonderful panoramic view of the sea and delicious cocktails - this is a separate beautiful and pleasant bonus to your holiday!

We have recently had a week stay at this hotel which has turned out to be a great experience. Hotel is well situated 2 minutes from beach and main town. We particularly enjoyed the know bar which is a bar on the main ***** which the hotel owns and offers all inclusive drinks up till midnight. You can also dine here one evening during your stay. A cocktail night was enjoyed with live music and food also. Food in this hotel is probably the best we have had at any hotel abroad we have visited and we are fussy eaters. Loads of choice , 2 live food stations and something for everyone. Different food themes each evening. The restaurant manager is very accommodating and on hand to ensure smooth running of restaurant. Thanks very much to all the chefs for such high standards. All in all a truly amazing time. Thanks very much and we will return to this beautiful island.

I will start with the good. The hotel staff were friendly and the rooms were cleaned daily. The pool area was nice, small but you could be lucky to get beds most days. However people would have their towels left for hours at a time. There was the main pool and the pool round the back which was a lot quieter but the beds were on grass which meant you were getting pestered by more insects. First night we arrived at 1 AM, we were warmly greeted but alarm bells rang when he said if we didn’t like our room we could change in the morning. Room 101 must be the worst room in the hotel. It is definitely not big enough for 2 people and only had one proper bed. The view was of a bush and a bag of trousers that had been thrown over it. After trying to sleep on the one concrete mattress we were awoken at half 4 in the morning by kitchen staff and delivery’s of kegs, as our room was right next to the kitchen and the main pool area. This was a nightmare and I feel sorry for anyone put in this room, I think all rooms that end in 01 are probably similar as the cleaning cupboards are right next door. However the staff were happy enough to change us to a room on the top floor after this which was much more spacious and although it wasn’t the best view it was better than having to stare at a bush all week. The walls were like paper and could hear neighbours from all angles. Some nights were worse than others, half the time we did have quiet nights but other times there could be a lot of shouting and carrying on. Also be careful with the free burger you get at the Know Bar they aren’t cooked very well.

Great location, kind host, delicios and mixed food, right next to the beach, we also had a seaside roomview. They have cleaned our room everyday, always politely. Nice pool, clean, tasty wines and cocktails! We really recomand the place, you'll be truly satisfied!

If your looking for all 5 stars of luxury…..then this is not the hotel for you , however, if you are looking for an average 3 star, comfortable and clean hotel then you’ll be just fine! We have just checked out after staying here for 4 nights. The rooms themselves are what save this hotel. Incredibly clean, lovely 4 post bed with a nice sized balcony. Cleaned each day to a high standard and all you need, with a nice size bathroom and shower. The food is your average all inclusive selection, we didn’t eat in the evening here as chose to eat out however did make use of the breakfast selection and lunch. It was ok. Not wonderful but served it’s purpose. The drinks are awful!!! Very watered down and cocktails just taste….odd!?!! I didn’t find one drink that I liked, even the soft drinks at breakfast were not nice. My partner said the beer was ok. Wine is very watered down and almost vinagery tasting! For one night of your stay you can eat at the beach bar included in the all inclusive, which we were looking forward to and you pre-book your table. There’s one choice of starter, 2 deep fried mozzarella sticks, 2 onion rings and 2 deep fried chicken wings. Then you have a choice of two salads, which to be fair the goats cheese one was very tasty. Then you can choose a burger, I chose the chicken, expecting a chicken fillet. I couldn’t eat it, it was just a processed chicken burger, soggy and tasteless, straight out of a freezer! One option for desert, all the above was quite dissatisfying and left feeling quite yucky! The pool area near the bar is kept nice and clean and so is the rest of the hotel, the cleanliness is the main positive. Sunbeds go very early and not many around the pool, there is a second pool but we didn’t go to this so can not comment on that. Location is close to the beach and slightly out of the main stretch, which is nice. We didn’t find noise to be a problem at all. We rented a car and found some lovely places to visit so overall had a really nice stay, hotel was adequate as a base for the few nights we were here but not sure how it’s gained a 5 star rating, we have stayed in nicer 4 star hotels. With a few improvements, this hotel could be much better than it currently is, however it’s not terrible either!

Had a great 10 day holiday at this hotel. Found it to be very quiet and relaxing. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with enough hanging space and drawers. Staff are very helpful and polite. I am the fussiest of fussy eaters but found this hotel have the best selection and variety so I was always able to find something other than just chips to eat. Although towels were put on sun loungers around 7am there seemed to be plenty to go around, though this may be helped by there being a pool at back if hotel too. All in in all this was a hotel we would have no hesitation in returning too. Part of the hotel is having a beach bar approximately a 2minute walk from the hotel which is a great addition to hotel.

The food and the drink were very good, the stuff very kindly and the manager too! It was a pleasure to be here!!! Everything was perfect! No words needed! Thank you so much for everything! It was a really very kindly personal, happy stuff, always smiling!!!

Fantastic hotel great location. Food in the hotel is excellent something for everyone and the restaurant manager is very friendly and helpful as are all the staff. Stayed in room 200A absolutely massive very clean and tidy. Room cleaned every day with clean towels. Renting beach towels for 5 euros clean beach towels every day and money refunded at the end of our stay brilliant value. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again.
