Sunbird Capital is located at the best business and leisure in the capital. I love spending my time there either on business or holiday with the most experienced team with smiling faces and so helpful in all aspects.

Our stay was awesome, and we loved it. From the room to the restaurant and the morning breakfast. The main highlight was the breakfast; we loved it.

The Sunbird Capital Hotel is convenient if you will be going to government offices on Capital Hill. Other than that, the area doesn't really offer anything. The hotel itself was quite nice. My room was clean and comfortable, and I very much enjoyed the included breakfast at the Mimosa Food Court. I also ate some other meals there, which were quite good. However, at dinnertime - if you sit outside - you may need your phone flashlight to read the menu or to see your food! There were some lights, but they weren't actually near the tables! There is a very nice pool area. I was looking forward to spending time there over the weekend when I wasn't so busy with work. Unfortunately, on Saturday there was music blasting from the pool, so loud that I didn't want to go anywhere near it n (I departed early in the morning on Sunday, so don't know if it was the same). My room faced the pool and I needed to use ear plugs to comfortably sit in the room. There were lots of local families at the pool, which would have been fine if the music just hadn't been so loud! I know I'm particularly sensitive to blasting music, but it always seems unnecessary to have it on so loud that you can't even think straight.

It is without doubt that Sunbird hotel is the favorite and excellent hotel in this region of Africa i have ever stayed. The hotel has very warm and friendly staff starting from the reception to the rooms and restaurant. The hotel has the best delicious meals. I have always liked the variety of its breakfast meals since i started visiting Sunbird hotel. You really have a choice of what to eat and drink. To me it's a place i would love to go again and again. It makes the stay while doing business very comfortable. In future will try to visit the place on family trip. The hotel provided an excellent and awwesome experience

If you are in Lilongwe, the best place to stay is Capital Hotel at a convenient place. The staff are good and friendly

Great experience, very quiet and serene. The staff were nice and it was fantastic! The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My room was spacious, clean, and had an incredible view. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the pool area, which was well-maintained and had plenty of lounge chairs. The restaurant offered a diverse menu, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with a good variety of options. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks on a business trip. It is an old hotel but the customer service in really amazing. The hotel is also being renovated and upgraded. My check-in was swift. The room was spacious and neatly decorated. I appreciated the mosquito net in the room! Internet service is the weakest point for this hotel - it was very slow and you have to log in every time you move in and out of the hotel. I am glad that the hotel provided me with a additional router to boost the internet and this was greatly appreciated and handy! The breakfast was quite good - I liked the freshly made waffles! The Vincent restaurant offered a good dining option from the hotel main restaurant. Overall, I had a good stay at the hotel.
