Hongshe Xingguan Inn (Lijiang Old Town Sifang Street Branch)

Located centrally in the old town. Very close to bars and the centre square. Beautiful room, very spacious, very clean, nice linen, very comfortable large bed, hot shower with good water pressure. Bottles of water, slippers and various soaps provided. The room was cold, despite having the aircon on heating turned up. I think this is because it is an old wooden house and the time of year as the aircon looks new and was pumping out hot air. This location would suit someone who wants to go to the Chinese bars/nightlife. As a foreigner I felt out of place in Lijian old town as it was packed with Chinese tourists and the same shops repeated which lost its charm for me and overall felt that the town was not overly welcoming or set up to accommodate western foreigners. I did try to go to one bar but felt very unwelcome as if they wanted me to hurry up and leave as to not disturb the Chinese customers. Anyhow the hotel is lovely and the owner was helpful and offered me a choice of rooms. It was the nicest accommodation that I stayed in Yunnan province. If I had like Lijian I would have stayed longer. I would have loved if there was some coffee in the room so I could use the kettle in the morning!

Nice stayed at this place. A specious room with 2 big bed. The service is topnotch especially the free pick up service from the railway station. The owner is very helpful and always available for every requests.

第一天我們自駕到麗江已經十一點了，在四方街旁邊找了這家客棧， 距離酒吧街10米（喝醉立馬可以回家哈哈哈哈）住了一晚，最大的房間也就兩張出頭，而且很大哦，老闆特別熱情第二晚還和我們一起喝酒～ 客棧很乾凈整潔，個人喜歡寬敞一些，服務也很周到，下次去還會定這家～體驗感很好

位置佳，古鎮中心，去哪裡都很方便 老闆人非常好，爽快的北方人，還有衹可愛的大肥貓 性價比超高👍🏻

在麗江古城裡，這家民宿給我留下了深刻的印象。地理位置極佳，距離四方街僅幾步之遙，非常方便。房間內的裝飾風格獨特，老闆非常熱情好客，還會推薦附近的美食和景點。總之，這是一次非常愉快的住宿體驗！還有他們家的貓也很可愛。現在這個季節幾乎每天都可以看日照金山，強推！
