This accommodation is very good, located in the ancient city of Lijiang. The transportation here is very convenient, not far from the southern gate of the ancient city of Lijiang, and it is also convenient to call and arrange for a car to travel to other places in Lijiang. Mandy can speak English. She helped me share the location of the place to go. There is a tricycle driver service to help me carry my luggage in and out of the ancient city. She also upgraded my room when I arrived at the accommodation. I was very impressed. I will recommend this accommodation to my friends when I have a chance. ,Best Service. Thank you Mandy

Our stay at Xilu Xiaoyi was excellent!! The wonderful wooden facilities in the room, the beautiful environment, strategic location (about 10 mins walk from South Gate), perfect hospitality, unlimited bottled water supply and friendly furballs (that will lay down immediately when you pet them!) have totally enriched our experience in lijiang!! I have to further elaborate on the wonderful hospitality offered by Mandy (the owner) and the staff of the inn. We were contacted by Mandy through WeChat before our stay so she can arrange the staff to pick us up and carry our luggage. We were greeted with fresh watermelon slices that quenched our thirst on a hot summer day. During our stay, as we need to leave the inn early on both days and we have opted for the breakfast option, they have prepacked scrumptious breakfast for us. Also on our last day, we needed to leave at 7am, but Mandy was super accommodating to our request and arranged the staff to bring our luggage to the South Gate. They also gave us a local recommendations for what to eat (was very good). Mandy and the staff have gone above and beyond and it definitely made our stay so much more amazing. Would give 6 stars if possible!! Thank you so much to everyone there :)

We impress for warm welcome from the owner. She is very nice and take care her guess like a her family. The location is far from enter old town of Lijiang around 10 minutes for walk but they have an uncle to pick up us! The room is good and the bed more comfortable. Lastly, they have intelligence reception, his name is Hotdog and her name is Niu Niu.

Very nice hotel centrally located in Lijiang ancient city, also quiet and peaceful. The hotel owner was very kind and welcoming, and helped us so much with booking excursions and transportation. We originally booked 2 nights here, but ended up extending. Highly recommend staying here!

The staff is really helpfull and friendly. Mandy speaks good English and she is helping you to make trips in the surroundings. Within a busy town it is a relaxing place .

Mendy, the owner, is such a gamechanger to plan anything you need while staying at Lijiang. To top it all, the guesthouse is just amazing. It is a small haven of peace, definitely a must go!

Mandy is very kind. Highly recommended to stay in this hotel. My luggage got damage during landed at kunming airport, and Mandy helped me purchased online, which arrived on that day. She also offered to make sandwiches, she was worried we would be heading to the snow mountain early in the morning without anything to eat and also provided useful information and even arranged transportation to our accommodation.

Located inside Ancient City near South Gate. Great services provided by Mandy. We definitely loved the breakfast, especially my cup of latte. Amenities in the room are complete. We were treated to snacks and tea upon arrival and Mandy arranged a tricycle to help us carry our luggage to the guesthouse. Thank you Mandy for the great services. And we definitely loved both the dogs.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shangri La. My stay was marked by comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. I look forward to returning in the future.

Lovely little inn nestled in the ancient city. The host was very accomodating, and she spoke English which is helpful for non Mandarin speakers. The place was clean and they helped us with our laundry and gave us a yummy complimentary breakfast. Would recommend for foreigners. Also bonus points for cute dog.

Great location on a quiet alley in the centre of Lijiang ancient city. Mandy was always very happy to help and her English is excellent, which made everything easy! The room was beautiful and had a distant view of the snow mountain (when the clouds cleared). Bed was super comfortable - we slept really well. Thank you!

I had an incredible stay at this accommodation! The property is beautifully maintained, with cozy rooms, spotless bathrooms, and all the amenities you could need. Speaking of the owner, they were absolutely wonderful. So welcoming, friendly, and genuinely caring about making sure I had everything I needed.
