Wasnt a big fan of this stay unfortunately. 1) Butler pick up from drop off is incorrect. We called them and told them where we were dropped off at one of the entrances to the ancient town but they said they couldn't get there so made us walk 15 minutes. Would've been more helpful to tell us to get dropped off at a specific place to meet them in the first place 2) Asked for the tea and flower cake tasting and the boss and worker were very obviously super unwilling. Made the whole experience very awkward 3) We had issues with the toilet draining slowly since we checked in. It got progressively worse and we told the owner 3x and was told each time that he will sort it out. Lead to us coming back to an almost flooding toilet because nothing was done. It shouldn't have needed so many reminders from us to fix it Overall the place was a bit old but fine. Some stains on the couch and chips in the furniture. Most weird looking part is the shower (picture included) where there was a big hole that was just covered up with a sign. The non handheld shower head was also broken so we didn't use it. Otherwise, it appears clean enough. Location is quite central in the ancient town but this also means to go to things outside the ancient town included a 10-20 minute walk

Traditional style hotel with a lot of charm. It’s is also in the heart of the city. However, the hotel needs renovation: the wall close to the bed was yellowish (hope it wasn’t mold), the sink was broken and there is no noise insulation so we could hear clients coming back at 1am … The service is a bare minimum. We asked for help with planning Tiger Leap Gorge excursion and the host wasn’t very motivated to indicate us things about buses. Still a good option if you just need a bed in Lijiang

Location was good, but the owners dog was barking for a while during the night time. For a budget hotel it was extremely fair place to stay in!

It was fine, but we didn't get the tea service and the free ticket for the jade dragon mountain

Location was good, within the ancient city. And the room is clean. However: 1. The hotel owner brings in their dog every night, but ties it to a corner. The dog was whining every now and then, obviously uncomfortable and the owner only shouts ‘keep quiet’ without checking out the dog :(. The leash was also tied so short that makes the dog not even possible to even lay down. Personally, I don’t feel this is humane. 2. Our room tv couldn’t connect to the controller. We had to get the staff to come fix it every night. By the final night, we just simply couldn’t be bothered with it :( 3. *MAIN TURNOFF* We need to check out by 8.30am, and informed the staff the night before (need the staff to help us bring the luggage out to the main road. The hotel is located within the ancient city and no cars are allowed in + its stone cobbler flooring in the ancient city) and was told by him that no one is working that early. Then we happened to met the boss and informed him, he then told us he will make arrangements for us. However we woke up and found no staffs at all, and waited till 9am until someone shows up! It was lucky that we were not rushing for train or flight, else we would had missed it! They did not even offered an apology:( 4. Toilet bowl also broke down on the last night of our stay but we couldn’t get any help because there are no staffs at late night. 5. Lastly, on the booking it indicated free jade dragon entrance tickets, but when we arrived we were told this is only available if we book their tour package to jade dragon. Obviously not transparent. Should we return to Lijiang again, we will NEVER book this hotel again.

Convenient location, friendly and super helpful host who gave us lots of recommendations, clean and spacious room with ancient Chinese design, comfy bed! Would certainly recommend this place.

The service of the inn is also very considerate, and the staff are warm and friendly, making people feel very cordial. Here, you can experience the unique charm of Lijiang Old Town and enjoy the warmth and comfort of home. Strongly recommended to friends who come to Lijiang for tourism!

三樓觀景房景觀真的很好！可以直接看到玉龍雪山，房間很大很舒服，離四方街忠義市場也很近。老闆人也很爽快，客棧提供行李接送，可以直接拿到客棧，很方便

下車點管家行李接送服務:到門口有人接行李很方便 茶藝師下午茶:到店老闆很熱情給泡茶提供葡萄糖氧氣 設施：齊全我們定了一個家庭房一個大床觀景房 3層衹有我們一間屋子 前後都有陽台 休息很舒服 可以看到古城全貌 衞生：古城內建築都比較老舊 這家也算中規中矩 服務：老闆服務很好 來之前會幫你安排行程 因為古城不讓停車 還給找了免費的停車點🤣雖然還是被拍照了 但是問題不大 服務還是OK的 有任何問題也都在積極解決！我入住的時候正好過生日 老闆還送了花花 非常感謝！我們一家人5口 住了3晚 住在古城主要是位置交通都比較方便

環境：很有氛圍感 下車點管家行李接送服務:在古城外面可以提前預約往裡拿行李，古城的路拖行李箱非常不好走，可以預約接進送出，很不錯呢呀！

從路口到店裡路不遠 走路不到十分鐘 老闆及時聯繫且叫拉行李的師傅幫忙拉行李 屋裡陽台可以看到全景 早上能看到雪山 房間風格古風典雅 衞生乾淨 就是衹在麗江呆一天就回家了 下次去麗江住這裡是更好的選擇

麗江作為中轉選的民宿，在古城附近非常方便。夜裡到達老闆叫車幫我們送到古城門口，半夜還在民宿門口等我們感動！老闆非常熱情，走時還幫我們送站，幫忙安排去虎跳峽啦包車，非常好！靠譜！

酒店就在古城裡麪 可以邊走邊欣賞古城 很方便 裏面是石板路 車開不進來 老闆會接送行李 民宿裏面養了杜賓狗 是個小母狗很可愛 民宿老闆很健談很幽默 大家都來住！
