From the moment we arrived, 小南 was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. They made the check-in process seamless and were always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The room was clean and comfortable and the bed was especially cozy. They have tea and snacks and there are cute and fluffy cats. 🥹🥹 The location was convenient to explore the area. We look forward to returning on my next trip!

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Super accomodating, extremely helpful with all our questions and issues, including booking trips and tickets to Tiger Leaping Gorge and Yulong Snow Mountain. They were so welcoming with tea and Lijiang speciality treats - and I can’t forget there are four of the cutest cats I’ve ever seen! I cannot recommend this enough :)

Very nice place with 2 cute cats. Person in charge was kind enough to provide assistance in whatever way we need. He has made Chinese tea and hand brewing coffee for us, it was very warming especially under the cold weather in winter. He has also recommended food, as well as the attractions in ancient city.

Great stay. Inside the ancient city of lijiang. You get to experience the cosy life in courtyard. Morning views in Courtyards are so beautiful. Got 2 queen beds in my loft room. Nice view from loft window. 2 cute cats you can play with. Smart toilet functions. Washing machine at laundry area. Fridge. Host is very friendly and helpful. Freeflow of puer te and fruits at reception. Theres vendors selling fresh squueze pomegranate juice. Do try them. So sweet snd refreshing. For muslim travellers do not need to worry about food. you can easily find halal eateries, just cross the street and look out for qing zhen shi pin logo. So many of them along the stretch of shops. The food are all delicious and flavourful.

The hotel is very nice and the boss is very kind and helpful. He contacted me before my arrival and help us to carry all our luggage to the hotel. The hotel room is very clean. Can see Yulong Snow Mountain from the room’s window.

Room bit small for 3 persons. No space for 3 luggages Upstair room will be hot when lights on. There were no wall hangers for winter clothing except the wardrobe

After trying a few guest houses, I have to say this is the best. Friendly hosts that always welcome you to join the tea drinking session. Full of good local recommendations and the place itself is newly renovated and beautiful. They have 2 lovely cats as well. Will definitely come back again.

This hotel stay was nothing short of spectacular, from the impeccable service rendered by 老孟 and his friends to the well-equipped amenities in the room (ample plugs to charge your devices, good quality bedroom slippers, bath bombs, disposable seat & bathtub covers). They are always ready to drink tea with you whenever you want to. We have learnt so much in 4 days about different Chinese tea, tea brewing process, 999 silver and its benefits, and about Yunnan in general thanks to 老孟’s generous sharing. Note: we were quite lazy travelers this round, & 老孟 kindly helped secure our tickets for the Jade Dragon mountain, Lashihai, another ******* activity at Shangri-La and even provided oxygen canister for us when we felt unwell. He also planned our Shangri-La itinerary, provided good tips on how to acclimatize with the altitude, and helped ship our shopping items back to our Kunming hotel in time for our flight back home. Overall, we loved the stay here (extended an extra night) & will definitely want to come back again someday, hopefully soon! 谢谢哥哥姐姐，能遇见你们是我们的荣幸，我们以后再见！🫶🏻

We had an enjoyable and relaxing stay at Yinxiju. The hotel is cosy, and we always enjoyed chilling in the courtyard. It’s located near Mu Mansion, so finding our way back to the hotel in the ancient town was easy. There are two beautiful house cats, which add to the place's charm. The hosts, Xiao Nan and Weiqi, were very friendly and hospitable. They always invited us to Chinese tea whenever they saw us. We learnt a lot, tasted different types of Yunan tea, and had good chats. They gave us good recommendations for places to go in Lijiang and food, as there were just too many options in the ancient town. They also helped us arrange a reliable tour to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, which we appreciated. We would definitely come back here again.

The place is okay, overall is good. The owner is very kind and helps a lot. The owner also served tea once we arrived. The picture shows us in MINISO just near the house. Also near the night market.

The Smart Control is great and the boss is friendly and helpful with good recommendations for food. Room is big and clean, will choose this hotel again when I visit Lijiang

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The service is awesome, the place is clean and it is within the ancient town. They have 2 loveable cats. My kids love to play with the cats. The boss is very kind and warm. He will serve us hot tea everyday. Sometimes he personally sends it to our room.

Our stay at Yinxiju Hotel was such a memorable one! It was the best that we had from the entire trip! We really enjoyed every little moments. 😻 The inn keeper Lao Meng is really kind to us. He helped us with everything. He is really passionate and thoughtful and always invite us for tea session. He tried so hard to understand our needs through translator despite the language barrier between. Weiqi is such a calm and beautiful tea master who is very well versed about tea culture. We really love having tea session with her and Lao Meng trying different kind of teas. There are 2 cute cats sibling named Ha Jimi and Duo Duo. They both are the top star hard working staff of this inn. They are so chonky and friendly we already missed them so much! The room is super clean and comfortable equipped with cutie Xiao Du and modern bidet. We can see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain from the second floor window of our room. All the amenities like iron, hair dryer, safety box, refeigerator, heater and others are complete and function well. They also provided washing machine and detergent to clean our clothes. We really feel safe and comfortable during our stay here. We definitely looking forward to come again in the future. Love from Malaysia 🫶🏻🌻
