Mado Cloud House

I stayed at Mado Cloud House for 3 nights, and it was a wonderful experience. I was picked up at railways station for free arranged by them which is very convenient. I booked the Double Occupancy (Double Bed) room, and it looked exactly like the photos. The hotel owner speaks English fluently and guided us with great tips throughout our stay. They also work with agents who can arrange packages to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, which was very convenient. The location is decent, situated on a hill. While the walk from Lijiang Old Town might be challenging for the elderly or less fit, you can easily book a DiDi for under 10 yuan, so it’s not a big issue. One charming detail is their friendly dog, which doesn’t attack or bite. The staff were very considerate of our needs as Muslims and always restrained the dog whenever we were near the front desk. What impressed me most was their excellent service even after I left. When I accidentally left some personal belongings, they went the extra mile to send them via SF Express to Shangri-La which only took one day to arrive. I am so thankful for their effort and kindness. Kudos to the owner and staff for their outstanding service! Highly recommended.

Fantastic lodgings, very hygienic, clean rooms with modern amenities (a bidet in the loo!). The manager is fluent in English and extremely helpful. Xiaomu was the person at the concierge/staff etc and she was very charming and helpful too. It was like staying with close friends who aren’t intrusive. If I’m going to LiJiang again, this is the place I’d go to. Conveniently located just above the old town, so you’re spared the bustle but have immediate access , as the old town is just five minutes away.

酒店環境很好，感覺是新裝修的，裝修風格很高級，有種北歐風的感覺。民宿非常温馨和乾淨，我的房間面積特別大，廁所也特別大，還是智能馬桶。房間有天窗，晚上可以看見星星，還有特別大的陽台。老闆和老闆娘人很好還有一衹可愛的小狗。民宿不在麗江古城裡，所以比較安靜，離古城也蠻近的，就是走上去要爬一點坡。

打車可以直接到民宿門口，離麗江古鎮也很近，步行幾分鐘就能到，院子很漂亮，住了兩晚，小姐姐特別熱情，幫忙提行李，知道我們要去雲杉坪還給了我們兩瓶氧氣。房間水很大很熱，床睡的超級舒服！！空調有暖氣還有電熱毯，一點也不會冷到。最最最棒的是廁所的馬桶，上廁所不會被冰到！太棒了！

房間好，服務好，衞生也好，還有三個特別可愛的狗位置很近麗江古鎮可以走路下來古鎮。 很滿意，下次有機會又回來

離古城挺近的 房間衞生非常乾淨 房間裏放的香薰味道也很好聞，用品也是非常齊全，民宿姐姐人也是超級nice，雪山下來有點着涼感冒了，姐姐立刻給沖感冒葯給我們喝 很親切，民宿裏的麻果也是非常可愛 非常乖呀[愛心]
