this hotel is well located in the lijiang ancient city. the design is pleasing. the staff are friendly and helpful. the room is comfortable but can be more cozy. the heat insulation of the room could be improved as room becomes cold quickly when the aircon is turned off. fortunately there is an electric blanket. the view at the rooftop is beautiful and relaxing.

I stay for 2 night on winter & the room warm at night. The photo on web & real life is the same. My kids love to stay here because got bathtub. Hotel clean & nice. For location wise, need to walk about 10 minutes to intersection to get Didi because this hotel located in residence area. Hotel surrounding so beautiful, like a TV drama spot. We love our stay.

Very nice hostel and host☺️ Strategic location to avoid crowds hence it still walking distance to ancient city 15m walk or 5m by didi.

Although it is in the old city, it is still a long way from the lively places, but the advantage is that it is not so troublesome to move luggage, the supplies are sufficient and it is cleaned every day.

The location is ok, about 10 min. walk from the ancient city. The room was big and nice, but we had lot of problem with the water. The first night we don't have warm water, on the second night we don't have cold water only very hot. I guess they have some issue with the system. The staff is not helpful, they only say hello if you said it first otherwise they ignoreing you. Maybe because we are foreigners. It was written we can get flower cake upon arrival, but we didn't receive (not even a smile). The laundry room was dirty, so we decided not to use it. Our bedsheet had a huge grey patch. I would choose other place to stay if I would go back to Lijiang.

Close to everything. Convenient to old town and restaurants. Could have been cleaner but not too bad. Not sure how the projector works.

The owner of the hotel is so nice to us We talked with the hotel owner for approx 2 hrs during the night time. The declaration of the hotel is quite beautiful and suitable for taking photos. In addition, the location of the hotel is not convenient, however, the hotel can provide the pick-up service so please call the hotel to ask for the service before u arrive.(By WeChat or phone if you have mainland phone number.)

Very nice and comfortable. Booked 3 nights at this hotel. It is very near to ancient town. Just a few minutes walk.

Friendly service. Nice place, just that we came during winter, the heater not really functioning. Overall pleasant stay.
