We stayed here for 4 nights during our trip to Lijiang. Although it is located outside the old town, it is convenient as they offered free transportation to the old towns (Lijiang & Shuhe old towns). The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the lady staff (forgot to ask for her name), also gave us good advices on our itinerary. They served good breakfast and catered to our requests all the time. They even offered us free tea and snack when we visited their branch at Shaxi old town. A big thumbs up to all of you for your excellent hospitality making our stay memorable. Definitely will choose to stay here if coming back again!

The service was great. I got the complimentary car drop off at Shuhe Ancient Town. After the end of the day, when I was back at the hotel, they also offered the free afternoon tea set as well. I need to check out early in the morning, so the hotel gave me the breakfast to go instead. It consists of fruit, bread and biscuit. A little note is that all the hotel rooms face the mountain but not every rooms have a direct view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain.

Room is big with a view of the snow mountain. Very clean room. Receptionist is helpful, helped us book a car to a food spot. There is gym, laundry room in 2nd floor where guest can use. Food provided taste good, with some sides that is buffet style. They will assist to carry luggage for you. There is a lift in the hotel. Location wise is inside small alley, unsure how long it will take to walk and find, always booked taxi.

Check-in was smooth and quick, ambience of the hotel was great, service is excellent, amenities are of great quality. Breakfast was yummy!

The place is in a good location with a nice view. Services are really amazing. The host helped pick me and drove me to the airport. Food is nice, Chinese and western food. The view is amazing mornings and evening

Overall experience was great and will definitely come back again! Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast (taste and selection) was good. Best thing is that we could see the snow mountain and sunset from our room. Definitely recommended!

The view in the morning on the mountains is incredible. The staff is so attentive and even hosted us for a tea session. The breakfast noodle is nice. Appreciate the gym and laundry room.

Perfect stay at yundu, magnificent view and very friendly staffs. One of the most comfortable places I've stayed. Definitely come back to this hotel if I were to visit Lijiang again.

Additionally, the thoughtful gesture of providing snacks when we couldn’t attend the breakfast session was greatly appreciated. loved the experience, the staff were so friendly and warm. the best trip i ever had in 2024. food was good, stay was comfortable and view was one of the best!! though its on the pricy side but its very worth the deal. the staff were so helpful in all ways, from sharing with you what to do in yunnan to helping us out with our luggage's... bookings and everything! high tea was amazing too with different varieties every day.

It is an outstanding hotel and the perfect place to stay in Lijiang. The view to the Snow Mountain out of the room and the garden is amazing. The room is very nice, comfortable and clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious. In the afternoon they even serve a complimenntary Tea with fruits and sweets. Its a true paradise!

Setting this location as a base for our stay in Lijiang provided such a tranquil moment as it overlooks a reservoir and the snow mountain. Beautiful room with a tub that we enjoyed during our stay. All staff were very helpful and provided help to purchase tickets to attraction, meals and even helped to purchase a Monocular from the meitu as we do not have a local number. We were also treated to a tea session at the premises. Such a wonderful time. Thank you for the excellent hospitality provided.
