The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast was amazing, the rooms were clean , but the first impression of the hotel was ruined due to an unfriendly and not client oriented reception employee. We were traveling from Riga and arrived at 12:00 which earlier than regular check in time of 15:00. I kindly sked if it would be possible to check in earlier and the employee Aiga said that I doubly would be possible but we should come back at 14:00. Which we did… but again we got the same reply. However 5 minutes later a gentleman arrived and he got an earlier check in. My only assumption to such different approach of the reception employee was that I speak Latvian with accent, so she did not even try accommodate me while the local gentleman was her priority Anyway, good hotel, terrible reception employee. I would not recommend this hotel to my family and friends, especially those from abroad and who don’t speak Latvian
