Most horrifying hotel I’ve ever been to. Cleaners need to be fired. Front staff needs better training as the very nice man trying to help me get a refund on my not one, not two, but THREE dirty hotel rooms was still learning their new computer system. First room we entered had ***** hair all over the bathroom, long hairs stuck under the mattress, as well as what looked like mold all over the shower. Gross! We asked to switch. Second room we were placed in REAKED of cigs and smoke, it was unbearable. The third room we entered visibly looked better then the other two, but when I flipped the mattress I found something very disturbing. BUGS. This place needs a full remodel and is seriously due for a surprise visit from the inspections department.

I’m honestly only staying here because my company booked this hotel. If I wasn’t forced to stay here I would definitely spend my money elsewhere. My first time staying here, there was hair all in the bedding and a stink bug under the fitted sheet. Next time around, the room constantly smelled like old cigarettes when I walk in after a work day and there is a huge stain in the carpet in the bedroom. FYI, the stain is kind of invisible to the naked eye and the only reason I saw it was because I had my camera out. I recommend putting your camera on the carpet to identify any of these stains.

From the friendly welcome, to the immaculately kept suites, to the personalized care, Ashley and Ms. Beverly showed how they are true champions of service. I will be back, again!!

I used the contactless check in and was texted that my room was ready so I walked directly to my room. Upon opening the door, I saw the bed was slept in and there were wet dirty towels on the bathroom floor. I went to the front desk where they told me that I should have checked at the front desk prior to going to my room even though I was texted in advance that my room was ready and that there was no need to stop at the desk. I was given a second room which at least had a made-up bed. The room was not at all clean. The carpet was dirty and the walls had a lot of dirt on them. I made the best of it and stayed the night. This is NOT what a Hilton property used to look like in the past. Very disappointing.

Room not ready by check in time. Dirty carpets. Woman's hair band ring in shower from previous guest. Toilet seat bumpers missing making seat lopsided. Black hair on toilet lid. Assigned room was defective with bathroom light not working. Switch rooms. Lobby seats filthy. "400 ways to rise and shine" for breakfast??? NOT! Overall bad choice in hotel.

Hotel needs a total rebuild! I was there with my daughter for a soccer Tournament. Lobby furniture was stained and dirty . Hallways on second floor smelled like a wet dog. Couch in room was so stained I had to place a sheet over to sit down. After 6 nights you would expect the room to be cleaned at least once. Lets not even talk about there only being one wash machine for the entire property. I travel a lot and I can tell you this was absolutely the worst Hilton Brand Hotel I have stayed in. I will say all the employees that I encountered were extremely nice.

Checked in late and kid’s running ip and down the halls. Get to room and it needs cleaned. Good thing we bring bleach wipes! Usb outlets next to bed didn’t work! AC shuts off middle of the noght unless you get up!

I recently had the misfortune of staying at Home2 Suites, and my experience was far from satisfactory. The main issue that plagued my stay was the unprofessional behavior of the hotel's manager (Tina), which severely impacted my ability to enjoy my time there. Tina's behavior towards 1 of the parents in our group (we are traveling AAU team with about 10 kids plus parents and coaches) was unprofessional and inappropriate. I witnessed her speaking disrespectfully to the parent in front of other guests and the kids, creating an uncomfortable and unpleasant atmosphere throughout the hotel. Even the hotel staff apologized repeatedly to our group AFTER Tina left. Tina even ended up calling the police to have this parent removed from the hotel... when she was the main aggressor in this situation. In short, my stay here was a complete disaster, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The unprofessional conduct of the manager created an unwelcoming and stressful environment. If you are looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, I suggest looking elsewhere.
