I was denied my service animal to be at the Inn with me, after the policy online states that pet friendly and service dog friendly. I was told that even leaving my service dog in my vehicle was unacceptable. Manager who lives on site was not only rude to me and refused to give my money back when he broke laws against service animals was rude to other people staying at the inn when I questioned the policy. This place is run down, and honestly my service animal doesn't need to stay in a place he would probably get fleas from anyway, we have contacted an attorney and hopefully this run down place will be handled for discrimination.
