服務真的非常非常差，辦理入住的前台態度極其惡劣。由於她惡劣的態度，我想取消第二晚的住宿，通過平台打電話給酒店，酒店第一次説我申請錯誤，我認真看了沒有錯誤（事實上第一晚已經入住，平台僅支持申請第二晚取消預訂，我根本沒有其他選項，所以不可能申請錯誤），其後我再給酒店打電話，這次她聽完後直接掛掉了我的電話。我不得不求助平台，如實反映後平台介入才給我取消了第二晚的預訂，給我退款。再也不會考慮這個酒店。

前台服務是一流的，華茂我每次到廉江就必住的，但停車場讓我很反感，靠近酒店的位置，有位不給給停，兩次了，下次來還這樣，以後絕對不會再考慮你們酒店，雙床房太小了，剛進房一陣難聞味道

房間一般，設施簡單，衞生一般，環境一般，房間發黴的味道很嚴重，床舒適度一般睡眠不是很好，毛巾浴巾破舊爛，凌晨三點半入住的問服務員房間安不安靜？吵不吵？服務員説可以，誰知道早上八點鐘就叮叮噹叮叮噹裝修維修，特別特別的吵，再也沒有睡着，
