Beautiful place, spotlessly clean and Breakfast was amazing , I had a fantastic nights sleep. Very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.thank you Anne Will definitely be back again next time I’m in the area, price was good too I would definitely recommend to anyone who visits this beautiful part of the country.

Anne and her family took as on for a night and from a start she is there for you .Her daughter has helped in the evening and was happy to accommodate anything I needed.You sense welcoming warmth and attention to detail as house is beautiful decorated and clean .Scenery is amazing and so much open space.Deers was passing through the fields.You can sense professionalism as Anne has been in hospitality for years.Highly recommended.Breakfast is cooked to perfection and lots of options.

A lovely rural stay! Ann was a fabulous host and the full Scottish breakfast was amazing. Lovely room with a superb view! Perfect for a getaway to explore Leven and nearby St Andrews. Would definitely book again.

The farm is away from it all and overlooks the pond, ducks and countryside beyond. To get to this lovely location you do have to drive half a mile up a narrow track. Anne was friendly and welcoming. The rooms spotless. Breakfast was so good, with fresh duck eggs if you fancy. A lovely relaxed atmosphere. The reason it doesn’t get a well deserved 5, for value for money if nothing else, is that the bed was the firmest I have ever attempted to sleep on. We struggled to get a comfortable nights sleep which was such a shame.

I can only echo what others have said. Courteous host, good clean rooms, good hearty breakfasts, good views. As a disabled person the stairs are manageable. Highly recommended. Thanks and well done Anne

Un accueil chaleureux, des chambres sobres, confortables, bien équipées et d'une propreté irréprochable . Petit déjeuner copieux. Aucun bémol, sauf éventuellement pour ceux qui préfère un lit ferme. Et des oeufs de canard au petit déjeuner...
