Hotel Delle Palme

Our stay at the Hotel delle Palme in Letojanni, Sicily, could not have been better. The entire staff of the hotel were wonderful and accommodating. Comfortably located close to Mt. Etna, Siracusa, Taormina and other landmarks. Rooms were comfortable and the sea view rooms offered a great vista. Letojanni itself reminded us of our hometown - small, quiet, homey. Great stay in a wonderful place.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel delle Palme! The warm relaxed peaceful atmosphere is a true gift to travelers! The staff is friendly, helpful and very professional. Most front desk personnel spoke English quite well, a great help to us! The central location in Letojanni made dining, beach going, and access to public transportation extremely convenient. The lobby group/social areas are comfortable and welcoming with a small bar available. Our room was spacious with all the necessary amenities. The air conditioning was preset, so regulating our preferred temperature wasn't possible, but large french doors opening onto a private balcony did give us some control and a lovely view. The options for breakfast and dinner within the hotel were tasty and reliable and alleviated scheduling stress for tours and transportation times. It's helpful to have an idea about your sight seeing choices so the concierge can advise best ways to expedite your plans. The entire hotel facility was kept incredibly clean!

Un'esperienza molto positiva che consigliamo a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno in un ambiente professionale e accogliente. Abbiamo soggiornato presso questo hotel con la nostra scolaresca e siamo rimasti particolarmente soddisfatti. La struttura si presenta pulita e ben tenuta, con ambienti ideali per il nostro gruppo. Il personale è stato veramente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a soddisfare le diverse esigenze degli studenti e degli accompagnatori, anche sulla base delle tempistiche. Inoltre, i pasti sono stati adeguati e abbondanti.

Das Hotel ist äußerlich nicht schlecht. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Zimmer 501 mit Meeresblick und großen Balkon , Das Pool auf dem 6. Stock ist klein mit Liegen , haben wir nicht benutzt Die Zimmer im Stockwerk 1 und 2 sind unter jeder Kritik . Unseren Bekannten wurden dort stationiert , waren sehr enttäuscht. Die Dusche 60x60 cm kannst kaum benutzen , geschweige noch dich im Bad zu bücken, dann muss die Tür offen bleiben. Das Hotel hat keine Bar wo du was trinken kannst. Das Restaurant ist im Keller und das Essen das letzte was wir je genossen haben. Zum Frühstück die selbe schlechte 2 Sorten Wurst, stinkige hartgekochte Eier , alle 7 Tage. Zum Abendbrot gab es 2 Vor- und 2 Hauptspeisen, die man am Vorabend ankreuzen musste. Diese wurden dann vom unfreundlichen Personal serviert, was wir noch nie gesehen haben. Die Bedienung geht mit der eine großen Schüssel herum und gibt dir das was du am Vorabend angekreuzt hast . Es gab Kalbssteaks der war so durchgebraten , das ihm keine scheiden konnte. Die Kartoffeln wurden nur zu hälfte gekocht und ungenießbar. Am 2 Abenden gab es ungenießbaren Fischsteck . Was am 1. Abend Stehengelassen wurde , bekamen wir am nächsten Abend mit anderen Gewürzen. Meine Gattin musste lange warten und dann bekam das, beim anderen Gast zurück gegeben wurde. Vom Personal gab es nach mehreren Reklamationen , keine Entschuldigung , nur "ich werde das weiterleiten" und aus. Nie Wieder!!!!

Posizione centrale, a pochi metri sia dal centro storico che dalla spiaggia, staff: gentilissimo e disponibile. Le stanze molto spaziose ma da rimodernare, sono stato ospite per 2 notti non hanno cambiate la biancheria bagno, frigobar vuoto. Mi ritengo soddisfatto, esperienza da ripetere. G.C.

Struttura a due passi dal mare. Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile e la piscina sul tetto è bellissima. La stanza quadrupla che ci è stata assegnata è risultata comoda e accogliente. La colazione offre un'ampia scelta di prodotti con tante tipologie di torte fresche.
