Premier Inn Letchworth Garden City

Excellent staff, Pete on reception was very good we checked if there were any with a window and he checked and found one available and swapped us over the bed was great just what you need for a good nights sleep Breakfast was great value what more can I say, so if you’re visiting letchworth this hotel would be a great place to stay

First class breakfast.. in fact..the best Premier Inn breakfast we have ever had. A proper Dualit toaster (not those awful chain driven shoot things) . Spotlessly clean kitchen. Lovely clean reception area. Friendly humans. Poached eggs bang on! Decent quality sausage. Well done everyone.

The location is very good but there is no parking. surrounding areas of parking are all costly, which tends to negate the point of staying at a cheap hotel. Breakfast was available at a cost, but about twice the price of that available in the adjacent Wetherspoons pub! The room was excellent but there is no servicing unless you ask for it which is often not convenient. So, no replacement clean towels no bed made, no waste bin emptied, cup not cleaned or replaced. The Air con was rather noisy. The most alarming thing was that there was no window to open. That to me constituted a dangerous situation should there be an emergency. Due to the above it is unlikely we will stay there again

While there are no frills, the Premier Inn at Letchworth is great. It is right in the middle of town, but is very quiet. Rooms have excellent beds, a good bathroom and everything is spotless. I have stayed several times, and intend to return. Letchworth Garden City a very nice town.

Stayed 2 nights while visiting nearby family. Room was comfortable, very clean and provided all we needed for a decent night's sleep and stop-over. We felt secure and thought price very good value. Liked we could have extra tea and milk. Also quite a late check-out (by midday). We had no need to eat there. Location in Letchworth is good as is close to the main shops and cafes also the train station where we parked the first day (£8.50 for 24 hours) then moved car to free car parking on road outside the hotel from Saturday after 6pm to Sunday. Happy to return.

We use this hotel every visit when we visit family and are always satisfied. Rooms always clean and tidy. Plenty of tea, coffee and milk available from reception. A quiet town center hotel at a reasonable price. Recommended for families and couples
