The Yankee, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

The B & B my wife and I booked was a total disappointment & had a major ant problem upon arrival after calling several places we were recommended to call the Yankee Inn by Wyndham. glad we did. we got the last room available it was a "Superior" Room with the same amenities as the B & B but no ants and the room was larger & less expensive. The room is very clean the king bed is nice the mattress is firm & pillows soft. the staff very friendly they off complimentary breakfast buffet 6:30-10am every morning. Highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, on arrival we were checked in by helpful friendly staff. Our room was a nice large room which was clean with a large comfortable bed overlooking the lake at the rear of the property . There is a complimentary breakfast which includes fruit yogurt pastries and sausage and scrambled eggs etc. My only small gripe is the plastic cutlery used for breakfast was the worst of the worst . Some reviews said that the hotel decor was dated, but personally I couldn’t fault it.

This was a solid choice and economical for the area. Convenient for our day trips. Room was very clean. Front desk staff very friendly at check in. Upgraded our room. Good water pressure and lots of hot water. Breakfast nothing special but as expected and well stocked. Room was on 3rd floor in “Main Lodge” building. Guest did arrive next door at 1:30 a.m. and was very noisy. Walls appear to be pretty thin. Glad that was our last night and that no one was in the room previous to that.

Very friendly staff :-) 10/10 will come again. They have a pool, free wifi, and everything feels very clean and well taken care of. They're honest and don't try to upsell and you just get to enjoy yourself. I look forward to my next stay very much!

We just completed a two week tour of New England and this hotel turned out to be our favorite. It's located in a convenient location, was clean and the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub and the breakfast provided in the morning was very good.

I'm a local guy looking for lodging in between real estate closings so, technically, I was homeless for ten days. On a holiday weekend during foliage season I found myself scrambling. Yankee Inn was able to accommodate me pretty quickly, booking me into a cozy room in the South Lodge. Clean, comfortable with a homey vibe, equipped with everything you need for a stay of any duration. And, on short notice, they were able to extend my stay for a couple of days. Courteous, friendly staff. Great experience all around.

The Yankee combines new touches and old school New England features that made our stay comfortable and welcoming. We booked a ground floor room that allowed us to park outside and roll ourselves directly into an immaculate large room with comfy beds, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, charge points, big tv, etc. It’s like a Route 66 motel had a baby with a Courtyard! Yet the room still reached back to older, nostalgic days of Berkshire travel, with some (new) fixtures in that style. Reception was welcoming and helpful, and breakfast was included for all guests and generous.

Loved most things about this hotel. Space in the room, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the pool. Iced water available in lobby Breakfast ok -but rendered tricky to eat because very poor quality plastic cutlery which made it impossible to cut fruit or spread butter without the knife breaking Staff friendly

Wonderful & unique hotel with extremely friendly staff, fabulous breakfast & cozy feel. Highly recommend it over some of the chain hotels. Our room was spacious, updated & clean. Only downside was that on the ground floor, you could hear people on the second above, perhaps children running around
