An excellent stay. Clean, comfortable and cosy. I stayed 3 nights. I loved watching the village life from the balcony. There was always something happening below such as a wedding procession and the welcome ceremony. I enjoyed the walking paths in the area. The owner invited me to lunch. It was delicious. It was easy getting a Didi taxi to and from Kaili. There is a little tourist bus that takes you directly to the village. It seemed to run frequently. There were concerts in the village, as well as the 11am welcome ceremony.

Clean, comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location, just across the road from the entrance to Upper Langde Village. Nice soothing view.

Booked this place because I saw the photos from other reviews. It overlooks the beautiful bridge, river and the main entrance of the village. We can see the daily welcome ceremony right from the room's balcony. Absolutely perfect location!
It is right in front of the bus drop off station. Just need to carry the luggage up the steps to the hotel.
We visited during off peak session, beginning of November. The hotel's coffee place and restaurant are not open. But it is within walking distance to other eateries.

Such a beautiful homestay! Amazing location looking out at the front of the village - very peaceful. I could see the welcoming ceremony from my room.

Very good hotel for price range.Well equipped new room. They even have warm Toilet seat and heater in bathroom which is really good for winter

The stay was fantastic! The place is really cute and clean, and the staff is super friendly and helpful! There's also a restaurant where the food is really delicious, highly recommended!

Great location overlooking the river, I had clean, simple studio room for a very reasonable price. The inn seems like a bit of a hub for the community, and I had the chance to chat and eat and drink with lots of local people. I had a little trouble with the air conditioning and the owner sorted it out very quickly. I would recommend this place to travellers.

Comfortable place to stay in Langde Shang zhai village that is the upper one, very beautiful authentic Miao village. Clean, warm in January.
