Located on the edge of the historic centre, ten minutes from the present location of the bus station, quiet residential area. Access codes released by email on morning of day of arrival. Looked like the photographs. Clean. Daily cleaning took place most days. Wifi, kettle, fridge, hot water worked. Kitchenette (also had hotplate and microwave) was quite cramped and awkward to use. I could have done with cafetière or coffee filter, bread knife, chopping board, scissors. If you are planning proper cooking you might wish to check what is provided by way of kit and consumables. No safe. Desk area had no light. Maximum temperature of heating was fixed and it could only be turned on for an hour at a time, so on the coldest days it did not get that warm. However there was a heated towel rail in the shower room.

as soon as you arrive at this guesthouse it is hard not to be impressed and that carries on once you enter.my room which had a small kitchen was tastefully decorated to a high standard and was a joy to come back to after a day sight seeing, even more so as it had everything and more to make your stay even more comfortable. as others have mentioned you receive a code to enter the building and your room via E-mail which silly me didn't check but a phone call soon sorted that out and has parking space and with the centre a short walk away this guesthouse has so much going for it.

En remontant d’Albufeira jusqu’à Porto, nous avons décidé de nous arrêter une nuit à Leiria. Nous avons choisi Portas 20 et nous ne regrettons pas notre choix !! Bâtiment très récent dont le très gros point fort réside dans son parking privatif. C’est vraiment appréciable. Chambre très confortable. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Nous recommandons. Véro et Rom. 🇫🇷

Hotel muito bem equipado. O atendimento foi muito bom. Tudo de bom. Localização: perto do centro, pode-se ir a pé, acomodações são ótimas com pequena cozinha. Coisa rara tem garagem. Perfeito Arejado, cheiroso (kkkkk). Ensolarado. Recomendo muitíssimo.

Excelente limpeza, privacidade máxima, não vimos ninguém durante toda a visita, tudo automatizado, simples e sem burocracias. Única parte negativa, ruído de manhã durante a limpeza do quarto no andar de cima (isolamento entre piso não é suficiente), pequeno almoço de boa qualidade, quarto bom para o preço. Recomendo, principalmente se ficarem nos pisos de cima.

A recepção à Porta 20 é automática: após a reserva online recebemos por whatsapp todas as indicações, incluindo uma password para entrar no edifício, no quarto e no estacionamento. Ou seja, dispensa burocracias, o que é prático. Não necessitei mas acredito que via whatsapp podemos fazer algum pedido que do outro lado alguém nos atende.

Sem dúvida, o local a ficar quando voltar a Leiria! Ótima localização tranquila muito perto do centro de Leiria, edifício recuperado com muito bom gosto, bons materiais, lençóis super suaves, cama confortável, ótimo duche e kitchenette. Entrada na porta principal e nos quartos com código ou abertura através do telemóvel, muito prático. Bom pequeno-almoço deixado na porta todos os dias. A Francisca tornou a estadia ainda mais agradável com a sua amabilidade e prontidão em ajudar. :) Um sítio que deixa saudades e pena de só podermos ficar 2 noites. Até uma próxima, Porta 20!

Passamos este fim de semana no porta 20. Não tenho rigorosamente nada a pontar, a praticidade em entrar em todas as portas e portões, a simpatia de quem gere, o conforto, a segurança e o bom gosto conquistaram-nos e iremos voltar com certeza. Pequenos pormenores que fazem toda a diferença para quem está habituado a esse conforto e valoriza. O isolamento é excelente, os quartos tem porta blindada o que confere uma segurança incrível, o toalheiro aquecido que confere um conforto de ter a toalha sempre seca e quente ao sair do banho, ar condicionado muito bom, caixilharia excelente. Gostamos tanto que acabamos por pedir o late check out e não nos foi negado. Espetacular!

Tudo em excelentes condições, atendimento por telefone pela Francisca com uma enorme simpatia. Pequeno almoço maravilhoso deixado na porta do quarto todas as manhãs. Limpeza 5 estrelas. Super bem localizado, preço qualidade não podia pedir melhor. Irei voltar de certeza.
