We stayed for one night and were completely satisfied with our experience. The bed was perfect; really comfortable. The air temperature was easy to control without being noisy or blowy. And the power shower was wonderful. The room was really spacious with everything we needed and the decor was great.

We had a really good experience, and the ambiance in the reception/ dining was great. We stayed in a double studio, was perfect for our stay, a long standing mirror, and a socket on the side would be perfect while getting ready. Staff members were helpful. Overall that was an amazing experience! We would stay again! 🙂

Location was excellent, close to bars and restaurants. Hotel was clean and staff friendly.

The location is fantastic! 10 minute walking distance to the theatres and shopping areas. The facade is clean and appealing and on entering the building, the bar/restaurant area really provides a wow factor. I had a double room which were two single beds pushed together, so there was no room to stretch out. The kitchenette doesn't come with washing up liquid or a sponge, so I was a little confused as to how I was supposed to clean up. The toilet was lovely, but having lifted the toilet seat, the toilet bowl was filled with yellow liquid. Easily solved with flushing. The shower was glorious I didn't want to get out. The rooms are not sound proofed so if you are a light sleeper like me, make sure you take your ear plugs. On the whole I paid £80 for the room on Trip, other sites were charging £140 so I do think I got a good deal. I paid for what I got.

Great location, central to everything. Lovely staff at front desk. Really spacious and modern room with all amenities. Would definitely book again

Lovely, clean and friendly hotel. A little noise from outside due to its position but no-ones fault and works if you want to be able to walk locally

Hotel is right in the centre of town in what used to be a department store (Fenwicks). Lots of bars, restaurants, shopping and history nearby (I grew up in Leicester). Staff were friendly and helpful and let us check in 3 hours early. Had a room in the smaller side building which was clean and bright but was quite overlooked by other rooms. The rooms opposite had curtains but we had roll down blinds so it was a choice between privacy and natural light - I hope they can remedy this. Hotel is very new and some small touches are still missing, such as a shelf in the shower for body wash and shampoo. Gym is well-equipped with a Smith machine, cables and a bench. I will definitely stay here again but hope they can make some small adjustments to make a great stay truly incredible!

It is very strange that my room only has a mini window without curtains and it is facing the sky. This prevented me from taking naps and my body clock was completely disrupted. Terribly bad network. I don't know where to throw the trash.

The place is great. Great location and so nice to have a living space and bedroom to relax in.

Enjoyed a great stay check in was painless as the staff were professional & polite. The studio room was very clean & had microwave,cooker hob & fridge which would be handy if you were staying for a while. Wi-Fi was good.

A bit of walk away from the main station, the rest is super good and I'm so surprise the rate I paid was very good too.
