Check in easy and quick. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms as usual for this chain. Comfy beds, good aircon, no key in hole to keep it on so stays on all day, bathroom good size. Toilet flush could be better but there was a knack to it. Room was inside so central courtyard. No outside noise. Quietest ever had. Not too busy so internal door slamming non existent. On 6th floor so had to use lift. Slow so if very busy could be a while but hotel know that as note on lift to suggest in busy times use stairs. 3 floors or less always do. Location could not be better. Train station 5min and town and sites also 5-10 mins. Plenty of choice of food outlets.

The hotel was lovely and clean Staff were amazingly helpful and willing to do anything and everything Was lovely to have breakfast in the actual hotel rather than crossing into a partner pub Lovely to have complimentary magazines and easy access to more tea and coffee in reception We love staying in Premier inns but this stay was one of the best we have stayed in

The hotel is set back from the road in a lovely leafy setting. Courtney, the receptionist was really knowledgeable about the history of the hotel and surrounding area - a really warm welcome. We had a wonderful breakfast. Indi cooked everything fresh and there was plenty! It was a busy morning and Yazid seemed to be everywhere, clearing tables and topping this up. Will definitely be coming back.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast on site with food constantly replenished! On site car parking. Clean bathrooms, towels and bedding. Extra coffee etc available at reception. Exceptionally quiet area considering the pub/restaurant is on the same plot! We anticipated a lot of noise from people leaving late at night but this wasn’t the case at all!

We arrived here on the 10/05/2025 booked for two nights first night our room was nice and clean but the second day no one came to clean the room no fresh towels, dust bin wasn't emptied, beds not made and room was not cleaned, i have been a regular customer at this hotel, but this was disgusting lack of bad management i guess not happy at all

I had an excellent experience at this Premier Inn. Plenty of parking, friendly and helpful staff, well decorated and clean room with a power shower and bath. I also slept really well as the bed was very comfortable. The location was easy to find too and I had no issues navigating there after a long motorway journey.

The room was great, nice and comfortable, the site is clean and pretty easy to navigate. Staff were lovely and welcoming. Carpet had a few stains and the socket next to the bed was broken so I struggled to charge it. Also struggled as people parked over two bays so I struggled to find a space to park and the disabled bays were taken which is to no fault of the site, people who visit can't seem to park! But the team were quick to help, so if you need help ask the team as they are lovely and will resolve the bad parking issue!

We stayed here for just one night, an overnight stop on a long journey to a family funeral. The hotel was easy to find and was in a quiet location that wasn’t far from the A50. The receptionist was really friendly and helpful when we checked in. We were allocated a really quiet room so we were able to get a good night’s sleep without any noise disturbing us. This hotel is a smaller one that just has a breakfast room. There are some items on the buffet but the eggs are cooked to order, meaning they were really delicious. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We spoke to the manager, Paul, before we left, as we wanted him to know that we had a great experience. We’ll definitely stay there again in future.

Lovely friendly hotel. Great Free park and very helpful staff. The room was very good size for my family and cleaned to a high standard. The breakfast options was amazing, sometimes for everyone. Having a noon check out time means no rushing around to leave as soon as you wake As I have experienced in other hotel Which minimizes the stress of packing everybody's bags before leaving

A good, out of the way hotel that was quiet, comfortable and generally clean. We booked two family rooms, one a touch tired and somewhat less clean than the other. Not sure which is the better representation of the other rooms. Parking was sufficient if not plentiful, given we arrived around 7pm on a Friday evening. One of the rooms allowed for a good night's sleep, the other had a dusty enough carpet to cause us some issues. Maybe we were just unlucky with one of the rooms as the impression of the general areas was one of cleanliness. Breakfast was good, as expected from a Premier Inn. If in Leicester we'd stay again.

Reception staff were very helpful and efficient, the breakfast was the best that we have had, it was hot and very well presented and tasted absolutely delicious, complements to the chef. The room was nice and clean, we will definitely stay again. Well done everyone.

Brilliant stay and Mahnoor one of the staff members whent above and beyond got me extra pillows for my disability and bless her she tried 4 time to remedy the casting problem from phone to the tv but unsuccessful but at least she tried for me thank you .

Family room is poor size, Unable to heat so we froze during the knight as the ac heating is centrally controlled Breakfast was the highlight nothing bad to say about that, the room was a standard double with beds crammed in to make it a family room this made it very cramped

I have stayed in many premier inn hotels over the years, and have always found them to be warm and welcoming places to stay for the odd night. Whilst always offering a very comfy bed and value for money. Sadly on this occasion this tired , cold, run down hotel didn’t match my previous visits. The hotel is situated next to a large cemetery!! Not a great view to wake up too lol. The rooms are in need of repainting and a spruce up. Our room was literally Baltic, and turning on the air con to warm it up was so loud it was impossible to sleep with it on. Luckily the saving grace was the usual comfy bed which did help improve the overall rating but otherwise a very sad room. If you do stay here make sure you ask for a room on the second floor. Otherwise you may be kept awake at night by what sounds like wildebeests stomping overhead . As the sound proofing between the floors is non existent. There is no restaurant or bar at this hotel !!! Only a breakfast restaurant. So if you want to eat or have a drink there is a pub 1 minute away . The hotel seemed to be staffed by one night manager who couldn’t be bothered to tell you any information that you may need whilst staying . So overall not the best experience. There are plenty of premier inn hotels around this area , so I’d probably try one of those instead if I were you.
