Days Inn by Wyndham Lehi

Staff at this location was by far better than at any property I stayed in all over Salt Lake City Valley in the last year and I stay at this hotels every other week. My a/c was not working so good so I called downstairs and explain to them, they told me they had no other rooms to put me in so they send this amazing gentleman to look at it. It was around 11 pm and I knew we wouldn’t get any sleep if something is not done. I think his name was Miguel. He was so friendly and understanding and told me if I am ok with him replacing the entire a/c unit in my room. I said yes please whatever he needs to do. He said usually it takes him 30-45 min but he will work fast. I thought why not as long as I am in bed by midnight ! This gentleman went and brought that whole brand new unit , removed the old unit that big box so fast we were in wow. It felt like watching a tv show. Within 10 minutes he was done. He saw I had kids with me and told me at the end normally they don’t do this but he really respected us for respecting him showing up that late and just plane for displaying positive energy towards him. My teenage kids couldn’t believe how respectable he was towards us. I told My kids later treat everyone with respect if you want kindness to return to you. Even if the person is rude we don’t judge because we don’t know what’s going on in their life. Miguel wished my kids great game day and my daughter scored an amazing goal, on our way home she told me this was for Miguel.

I was excited to see my bed made each day (except for Sunday). The temp was great and stayed steady. The only complaint I had was no cups were left each day. I'd recommend anyone in the area to stay there.

It wasnt bad. It was like 1983. The futnature was dated. Room was clean and worth thw price.

Good place to stay Decent and clean place to stay. Everything in the room worked and was clean and comfortable

Terrible mistake We did not stay. Pool and hot tub were out of order. Room did not look like the website. The manager refused to give us a refund. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel.

Horrible not recommended Absolutely horrible! Smelled of musk in room with dirty bedding plus more! So bad I slept on top of bed and rushed to check out asap! Might be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
