Four people family room was only a room in the roof top with no lift. We had to take our baggages to climb up then narrow stairs to reach the room.
We checked in very late in the night time.
After we settled down and prepared to take the bath. However, it was found that the shower hose was cracked. The warm water supple was poor. We could not take the bath. As my little daughter had already slept, we didn't asked to changed the room.
We reported to the front desk the next morning. However, he declined to change the room for us but just arranged us to downstairs to the public barhroom to take the bath.
We complaint about the arrangement and asked for a partial refund if they couldn't provide a room with bathroom.
The frontdesk said she had to report to the manager. We left our contact number to them for a reply. However, we received no response till now.
Therefore, we would like to lodge a complaint to Trip.com for a reply.
