Well what can I say about a bunch of liars. My sleep was disturbed in the small hours of the night by a couple in the room next door to me twice. I made the decision to complain, but there was no phone in the room to phone down to reception and I was not going to disturb my sleep even further by venturing down to reception at approx 1am when I was already having to be up early ahead of a long days travel, so I thought I would complain when checking out, there was nobody on reception at roughly 07:40 I rang the buzzer but nobody, the only person about was someone called Donna working in the bar area, I told her of my issue as nobody about which she wrote down and said she would hand-over to someone from reception, I then wrote via the website to complain and I am basically being called a liar as no message/complaint was handed over or it was ignored. Bottom line is my sleep was disturbed and their good nights sleep promise broken, they will likely respond and say I did not report the issue during the night, how am I supposed to other than make the sleep worse by having to go down to reception, and when I do go to reception to check-out the issue has probably been ignored. PREMIER INN YOU SHOULD HANG YOUR HEADS IN SHAME, FIRSTLY FOR POSSIBLY SAYING I AM LYING AND SECONDLY FOR YOUR STAFF AT THIS HOTEL SAYING I DID NOT REPORT THE ISSUE, i WOULD SUGGEST YOU LOOK AT YOUR CCTV ON THE TIME OF CHECK-OUT AND YOU WILL SEE ME TALKING TO THIS DONNA, AS I HAVE TOLD YOU IT WAS ROUGHLY 07:40 TIME OF CHECK-OUT, I HAD ON A BLACK JACKET AND A BLUE HOLDALL/BAG ....... CAN i MAKE IT ANY EASIER FOR YOU TO CHECK i AM TELLING THE TRUTH AND YOUR STAFF ARE LYING !!
