Beautifully remodeled 28ft RV located in Leeds, Utah. Sleeps 6 comfortably with queen bed, two single bunks, a pullout couch, and fold down dining table. Located in the quiet, shady Leeds RV Park that includes laundry in the clubhouse, public showers, bathrooms, and dog park. Conveniently within 10 minutes of Walmart, Costco, and Outlets. Zion National Park, Red Cliffs, Quail Creek Reservoir, Sand Hollow Reservoir, Snow Canyon State Park and many local hikes are within a 30 min drive as well!About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

Cozy stay
Great stay for the last week! Host is very responsive and communicative. The RV park is very quiet and peaceful.

Perfect little getaway
When our kids wanted an RV holiday and we weren't so sure, this was the perfect compromise. No need to fill, drain or connect anything, it's all set up and working perfectly. It's amazing how efficiently the tiny space is used. Four of us were pretty comfy in there. You can just about get cooking done although space is tight. AC/heating worked great. There's nothing in the immediate vicinity of the RV park, but it's a short drive to nearby towns with amenities, and it's convenient for Zion. We had a great stay here, lots of fun and amazing value!

This was a nice trailer. Remodeled well and the park is a very nice environment. Our first night was a bit rough because the AC wasn't on and the septic hadn't been pumped and gas backed up into the trailer. However, the owners were very responsive and took care of it before we returned the next evening.

Great Stay!
We had a wonderful 5 day stay in Leeds visiting Zion National Park each day which was only 45 minutes away. We enjoyed staying in the well kept and well appointed camper that had everything we needed. Our host was very responsive to questions and in getting anything we needed. We had a terrific time. Thanks Kristen for an excellent stay.

Great spot for a quick stay!
Perfect spot to spend 2 nights while traveling to Colorado. Wanted to spend a day at Zion. Quiet RV park. The RV is adorable & comfortable. Loved it .

Wonderful
It was a wonderful stay! I think I thought it would feel a little bit bigger in person but I was wrong. The pictures are accurate! I just set my expectations wrong from other RV’s I’ve seen in person. Very thankful for everything about this place! We had fun and felt safe and clean.

We enjoyed our stay!
We all enjoyed staying in this RV. My son even wrote on some school homework that while camping, he prefers to stay in an RV after staying here! (Because he can do whatever he wants still). There are not a lot of restaurants in this small city but everything you may need is 20 mins away. We will book again if ever up that way. Thank you!

Really only 4 people
My teens couldn't fit on the table or futon beds, so my littles had to. They are really small/light (＜50#), but they were uncomfortable without all the throw pillows to cushion them. And we were short a blanket. It's super cute and in a nice park, but it's really a 4 person sleep situation.
