Terrible place, mattress smells old and pillows are dirty . The sheets make you vomit. asks for money for breakfast and does not exist . Before leaving the place the lady asks for money for some various reasons. An old dog that always in front of the door and smells terribly

Villa Puccini is a B&B located slightly uphill, at a 600m distance from Lecco-Maggianico railway station, and offers several rooms. Free Wi-Fi. The lady-owner is friendly but insists on an instant payment when making a reservation. We called the B&B and confirmed our booking by Amex. While on the train on our way to Lecco-Maggianico we received several calls & notes from Mrs Cristina that our credit-card didn’t work. She suggested that we quickly make a bank-transfer or use another credit-card. If we could not pay within an hour, she would give the room to someone else! With a weak wifi on the train that was undoable. Finally we gave our Mastercard details over the phone. Fiercely insiting an a pre-payment is not very service oriented. when booking you better make a reservation via booking-dot-com. The relatively small, yet adequately furnished & decorated, room had an OK double bed, desk & chair, micro tea & coffee facility, wardrobe, and TV on the wall. Our separate bathroom had washbasin, spacious shower, bidet and toilet. All was clean. An OK Italian breakfast is served with an acceptable variety: half hard boiled egg, sliced cucumber & tomato, ham & cheese, bread, sweet bread & toast, butter, yoghurt, nice preserves, tea or hot chocolate & coffee. We found Villa Puccini relatively pricey, nonetheless we had an acceptable stay.

Villa particolare ed in una zona tranquilla. Nessun problema al check in, con apprezzata disponibilità ad aspettarci anche fuori dagli orari prestabiliti. Camera semplice ed in linea con le aspettative, con ampia doccia. Nessun problema di rientro a qualsiasi orario la sera e procedura di check out completamente autonoma. La signora Cristina ci ha accolto con cortesia e disponibilità nel darci tutte le indicazioni del caso.

Wij reizen veel en het is altijd goede hook geweest . Niet deze keer helaas. Nog erger dat het Nieuwe Jaar night was . De foto’s op Booking. com zijn mooi . Maar dat zijn de foto’ s en er ziet alles anders uit en wij mogen alleen onze kamer gebruiken . De isolatie van de kamers zijn heel slecht - elke klein geluidje is hoorbaar. Er stond dat het kamer 16 m was , maar het is heel small kamer . Wij kwamen daar 31 december en in de ochtend waren super verbaasd dat het ontbijt is niet inclusief geweest . Wij hebben geboekt direct bij de eigenaar en zij heeft zelfs geen moeite gedaan om ons correct te informeren. Hoewel de prijs was mooi twee keer hoger dan normaal ! Dus de 1 ste Januari gingen wij door zelfs zonder koffie ! Zo een super onvriendelijke ontvangst heb ik nooit ervaarde . Villa staat in smaal straat , op de foto leek dat het aan de meer ligt maar dat is niet zo , en parking is openbaar 200meter verder .

Да, это было после 20.00, но не тюрьма же и в дороге могло всякое случится. Но никто ничего не сделал. Хорошо была машина, поехали в другой отель. Встать возле отеля на ней, кстати, вообще не реально. Это дорога шириной в машину
