The Arrowhead Inn Bed and Breakfast, situated just a short distance north of Durham, is an ideal location for anyone seeking to explore the Triangle area - encompassing Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill. This isn't your average B&B; it boasts a rich history that the hospitable owners are more than happy to share. Additional reading materials are thoughtfully provided in the common areas for those interested in delving deeper. Our experience was first-rate. I have nothing but praise for this establishment. Each day began with a robust breakfast in a relaxed environment, providing the perfect atmosphere to strategize for the day ahead. As night fell, the charm of the place remained undiminished. There were numerous tranquil outdoor spaces to unwind and enjoy a leisurely stroll around the well-kept grounds. As for the accommodations, it felt like a home away from home. After a day of exploration, returning to such a welcoming environment was a genuine pleasure. If you're in search of a place that combines an excellent location, a touch of history, and comfortable amenities, the Arrowhead Inn Bed and Breakfast is the place for you.

This is an amazing place. Stayed there this weekend and it was absolutely wonderful. The place is super peaceful, extremely clean from top to bottom. Staff is super friendly . Breakfast was delicious . I definitely recommend this place for a memorable get away.. I loved every bit of it and Alex the daughter of the owners has such an amazing personality. We r definitely coming back very soon .

Pros-comfy bed, nice fireplace and jacuzzi in room. Cons-location far from downtown and restaurants, very poor lighting in room (forget trying to read in there), couple of steps down into toilet room which were not an issue for me but should be mentioned in the room description

My wife and I have made an annual tradition of staying at the Arrowhead Inn as a celebration of us, and the owners & staff there have always made it a joyous and relaxing experience! The rooms are exquisite, the food is phenomenal, and the grounds are spectacular; we look forward to many more years and trying out each of the rooms!

This is our 3rd stay at this beautiful Inn- that speaks well of its quality, friendliness, clean and comfortable rooms and so much more. Breakfast was a treat , as always, and the grounds are a pleasant view while enjoying it( even if it’s raining!).

Looking for a true Romantic Carolina getaway? Look no further! ❤️ We stayed in the log cabin... just wow! We were on the verge of making an offer on the place. The timbers tells a story... and to sleep upstairs loft was Amazing! The proprietor greeted us upon arrival with a big friendly smile that would have even the most sullen person feel welcomed and happy. Thank you! Ace! Everything about Arrowhead Inn scream luxury, coziness and warmth. Thank you for a truly magical stay! We will be back.

The Inn was amazing! We stayed in the Log Cabin and were so pleased with everything! The cabin was meticulously clean and spacious, and the small details such as snacks and wine glasses were very thoughtful! The gardens were beautiful to stroll through. We added on a picnic basket dinner and I have to say the salad was the best salad I've ever had! Breakfast was delicious as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan on staying again soon.

We chose Arrowhead Inn for a birthday weekend. We loved the history of this place and were promptly greeted by our hostess who told us we were staying in one of the original rooms in the house (bonus!). The room was clean and cozy complete with fireplace and little packages of snacks and a bottle of filtered water. We were able to easily refill the bottle from pre-filled bottles in the dining area. The breakfasts were amazing! Each morning there was a fresh fruit cup with a pastry and followed by a warm dish. They offered 4 different juices, coffee and tea to drink. The owner came around and visited with the guests. The property was decorated so quaint! We absolutely loved it! It's about a 20 minute drive to downtown Durham, totally worth the extra drive.

Arrowhead was delightful place for my brother and I to stay while visiting nearby family during Christmas week. We had 2 rooms on the 2nd floor. The Inn is very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. I plan to be a repeat customer.
