ibis le Mans Centre Gare Nord 3 stars

Booked this hotel on 12th may 2024 for next years le mans 24 hour race 1 room, 2 single beds, breakfast, no problems booking everything went through, reasonable price too. Got an e mail on 21st june saying booking had been cancelled , no reason given, I e- mailed alcor who seem to do ibis,s bookings, they got in touch with the hotel who came up with a blatent lie saying bookings wernt on the system. Both myself and alcor have emailed the hotel but arnt getting a reply..... Now I know rightly what this lot are up to as the 24 hour race wasnt actually confirmed til last week....clearly this hotel has given no thought to peoples travel plans and how these will then go pear shaped... The air was initally blue but I now calmed now and we,ve got a nice wee air b and b.. I notice that a manager from the hotel normally responds to bad reviews, well dont bother Sir as we will call in next June and you can explain yourself in person!!! and you can weasel your way out of it. ps i,ll update next june of his /her response

The hotel is in a great location with the railway station opposite and the main town only a 10 minute walk away. There is parking on site but only for about 2 or 3 cars so best to book in advance, it costs 15 euros. All of the staff were helpful and check in was fast. The rooms were of a good size for a family of 3, it was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. The bar is reasonable prices. We have booked to return for a night to break our journey up on the way back through France.

Good "overnight" hotel. Breakfast was most acceptable, evening meal was somewhat lacking..Parking is is available on site, places are very limited, so bookingin advance is advised. There is however public parking across the street, how secure it is I can not say.

We arrived on our bikes in the middle of a heatwave and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. We able to store the bikes in their secure car park, the rooms were clean with very effective air conditioning. We ate dinner in the hotel which was OK, but it's just reheated pots of food. Breakfast is served very early if requried with a very good choice.

lieu ignoble ; responsable parlant derrière notre dos à voix haute ; chambre avec des taches marrons sur la moquette , salle de bain pas nettoyée ! isolation zéro ! on entends le tram jusqu’à 1h30 et sa reprends à 5h . tarif du parking 115 euros pour 5 jours ! hôtel à attrapé des sous ! dalles du plafond détachés , papier parterre quand on rentre ! honteux à fuir cet hôtel ! une honte je ne le conseille pas du tout ! petit déjeuner rien d’extraordinaire faut demander tout le temps de remettre les choses sinon il y a rien ! a fuir !!!

cet hôtel à beaucoup baissé dans ses prestations depuis quelques mois. Moins de choix et mauvaise qualié du petit déjeuner, plus de bacon par ex. la machine à jus d orange frais fonctionne mal. les viennoiseries ne sont pas fraiches. Je viens très régulièrement pour le travail mais j ai annulé toutes mes prochaines réservations à cause de la propreté et des chambres de plus en plus petites qu on me donne. Les points accord ne sont pas ajoutés à ma carte. Merci à Kévin au bar pour sa gentilesse
