Small house "Moulin Bastard", from the 19th century, renovated. In the resort, 300 m from the centre, 300 m from the sea, 700 m from the beach. Private: garden 275 m2 (fenced) with lawn. In the house: central heating system. Public parking on the road. Shop, restaurant, bakery, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Le Croisic (terminus TGV)" 1.2 km, sandy beach 700 m. Golf course (9 hole) 2 km, sailing school 2 km. Nearby attractions: Port du Croisic (cité de caractère) 300 m, Le Pouliguen 8 km, Guérande et les Marais Salants 12 km, La Baule 14 km, La Turballe-Piriac sur Mer 22 km, Vannes-Nantes 85 km. Hiking paths: GR34. The garden is completely enclosed by Breton stone walls. The owner lives in the nearby mansion of the seventeenth century, which is well separated. 3-room house 50 m2 on 2 levels. The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in a separate small building, which is also equipped with a shower and a toilet. Well located and quiet... but the comfort is minimal: no living room, no sofa, very small TV, fairly average bed mattresses... we were three people, and we felt a bit cramped. ...so for 5 people planned!! no wifi as advertised

Lugnt och skönt, med en värdinna som pratar utmärkt engelska.Mysigt, välutrustat kök. Enda nackdelen är väl att man inte kan vara alltför lättklädd i köket -)Det fungerade klockrent med in- och utcheckning.Trappan till övervåningen kan vara en utmaning
