For shared use: swimming pool (18 x 10 m, depth 80 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Children's pool, public parking 50 m. Shop 300 m, grocery, supermarket 200 m, restaurant, bar 250 m, bakery 300 m, café 250 m, bus stop "Mairie" 220 m, railway station "de Perpignan" 20 km, sandy beach "Barcarès village" 500 m. Sports harbour 2 km, sailing school 5 km, tennis 5 km, minigolf 5 km, riding stable 8 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualand Port Leucate 8 km, Réserve Africaine de Sigean 50 km, parcours aventure 7 km, téléski nautique 7 km, cinema 7 km, Spot de windsurf 7 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Villeneuve de la Raho 28 km, Etang de Leucate ou salses 7 km. Hiking paths: Sentier du guetteur 8 km, la forteresse de salses 15 km, Sentier du littoral Collioure 40 km. Please note: no lift. Entertainment in the season. The photograph shows a typical example. Rather functional apartment except kitchen level .. no dish that goes in the oven .. plates too small to put 2 large pans or saucepans And no air conditioning or fan …
