Lazi Beach Club Resort

We had originally booked for one week at the Lazi Beach Club; however, we decided to extent our stay to 9 nights! Indeed, we were warmly welcomed and had great service throughout our stay. Our meals were fine, and the staff was friendly and caring. Our beachfront room was large, and situated right beside the Bahura Dive Shop. Furthermore, just offshore there’s wonderful coral reef to one side, and a good muck diving location to the other side. There’s a LOT to see and experience on the small island of Siquijor when one is not diving or snorkeling. And, we were always quickly provided us with transportation for our excursions. We’re an older couple in our seventies. Especially after a broken leg two years ago, we did not want to rent a scooter. We carefully crawled through the Cantabon Cave, swam in the Sambulawan underwater river, swam at a picturesque pool below the Cambugahay Falls, climbed to the top of the island at Mt Bandilaan, viewed giant clams while snorkeling at both the Tulapos and Tubod Marine Sanctuaries, and visited historical sites like the St Francis of Assisi Church. On our last night we were taken to the Pitogo Cliffs for an amazing sunset experience. This was a budget accommodation where the staff really cared about us! There's only six separate places to rent, so you'll never be just one of many tourists here! We had such an adventurous time that we did not even use their swimming pool!

La 1 ère chose à faire est malheureusement de vérifier vos additions dans cet hôtel restaurant. J'ai eu plusieurs fois ce problème et ce fut fatiguant. Au final, dès que je consommais, je payais en contrôlant. Autre point, le service n'est pas hyper fiable. Impossible de les joindre ni par téléphone, ni par Messenger. Nous sommes arrivés le soir, et le lendemain matin nous avons dû changer de chambre car ils se sont trompés. Là, aussi, cela m'a fatigué. Egalement des délais d'attentes longs avec mes enfants pour les repas et je vous assure qu'une heure de délais, c'est long pour mes petits ogres. L'hôtel est situé assez loin du village, donc il faut rajouter des frais de transport si besoin. Il mette un van à disposition à 500p pour 3h. Cela fut pratique pour nous et le chauffeur est très serviable. Cela rajoute des frais; à prendre en considération. La piscine est chaude, bien chlorée mais il manquait de l'anti algue. Donc, aspect verdâtre sur les parois. Une rénovation serait la bienvenue. Néanmoins, ce fut quand même agréable de l'utiliser après la mer avec les enfants. Le point positif: en face, la mer regorge de vie magnifique. Pour les amateurs de snorkeling, c'est extraordinaire.
