This hotel is selling itself with having a pool, restaurant, coffeehouse, bar These are all closed - The hotel only provides breakfast The pool of which there are plenty of photos on their site and this site does not even belong to the hotel The pool and sun deck do not belong to the hotel although it is being marketed as such There is a crane outside the front door and the whole area is a noisy building site

The positives: the location. The hotel is situated quite close to the beaches, in front of a beautiful harbor. Everywhere is close, especially to the old part of Lavagna, where there are a lot of amazing restaurants. There is also a train station close to the hotel. The drive to Rapallo takes 12 minutes. There is a swimming pool next to the hotel, which the hotel guests can use. The swimming pool is very well maintained and belongs to the "Palestra" sports club. The hotel has its own terrace for guests there, unfortunately the terrace is neglected. Breakfast is delicious at the hotel. They serve fruit, good coffee and there is a chic Hampton style restaurant. The hotel also has a car park, but it is quite a distance from the hotel itself. Negatives: Our "standard" room was sad. At least one painting was missing on the wall. It is not a big cost for the hotel. The bathroom definitely needs renovation. We had a clogged sewage system. After this crash was reported, it was immediately fixed. The shower was falling off the wall. Literally. Water was dripping from the toilet, we missed toilet paper. The view from the window was on the wall of the adjoining building. Some kind of beach towel holder was also missing. Of course, there were also more expensive rooms overlooking the harbor. I would like to add that the beach in Lavagne is very gravelly and rocky. The beach is divided into many smaller beaches that are landscaped. There are sun loungers and umbrellas but most are reserved for the whole season. Most of the beaches in Liguria are pebble and rocky. Hotel Hotel Ancora Riviera ma zarówno zalety jak i niestety wady Pozytywy: lokalizacja. Hotel jest położony w miarę blisko plaż, na przeciwko pięknego portu. Wszędzie jest blisko, zwłaszcza do starej części miasteczka Lavagna, gdzie jest masa obłędnych restauracji. Blisko hotelu znajduje się również stacja kolejowa. Przejazd do Rapallo zajmuje 12 minut. Przy hotelu znajduje się basen, z którego goście hotelowi mogą korzystać. Basen jest bardzo zadbany i należy do klubu sportowego "Palestra". Hotel ma tam swój taras dla gości, niestety taras jest zaniedbany. W hotelu są pyszne śniadania. Są serwowane owoce, dobra kawa i jest elegancka w stylu Hampton restauracja. Hotel dysponuje również parkingiem, jednak jest on sporo oddalony od samego hotelu Negatywy: Nasz pokój "standard" był smutny. Brakowało chociaż jednego obrazu na ścianie. To nie jest duży koszt dla hotelu. Łazienka definitywnie wymaga remontu. Mieliśmy zatkaną kanalizację. Po zgłoszeniu tej awarii została ona od razu usunięta. Prysznic odpadał od ściany. Dosłownie. Woda kapała z wc, brakowało nam papieru toaletowego. Widok z okna był na ścianę budynku sąsiedniego. Brakowało też jakiegoś wieszaka na ręczniki plażowe. Oczywiście były też pokoje droższe z widokiem na port. Dodam jeszcze, że plaża w Lavagne jest mocno żwirowo - kamienista. Plaża jest podzielona na wiele mniejszych plaż, które są zagospodarowane. Perfect. We were there for 7 days in the beginning of July. We had room with balcony towards the marina. Refrigerator in the room. Couple of hundred meters to public beach. Breakfast was really good. Room was cleaned every day. We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel and the charming city. We arrived by car and parked at the hotelparking. 10 euro a night which was abolutely perfect.

I really enjoyed staying in this stylish but cosy hotel. Even the concept of 'lift music' got quite a different meaning after our visit. Very nice and friendly owner and staff. Abundant and delicious breakfast. A balcony with an amazing 180 degree view -- those sun sets were stunning. Also loved the sounds of life around the place. Thanks to my dear hubby for this prescious gift of a holiday ❤️

Personale gentile, efficienti nella prenotazione, mi hanno dato una camera tripla quando avevo prenotato una matrimoniale! Quindi super super gentili, dato che ho due figlie molto piccole. Colazione ottima e super puliti! Anche il parcheggio riservato vicino e comodo

Ambiente pulito, personale cordiale e ricca colazione dolce e salata a buffet. Vicino alla spiaggia e a diversi ristoranti. Bagno piccolo e cieco ma funzionale e con tutto il necessario. Abbiamo soggiornato una notte sola ma ha soddisfatto a pieno le nostre esigenze. Consigliato come punto d’appoggio.

Hotel molto tranquillo con posto colazione ben servito a pochi metri dal mare e dalla spiaggia,che è molto attrezzata,e pulita con bandiera blu . C'è anche dei chioschi tipici attrezzati con cucina che puoi soddisfare il palato ,personale molto gentile compresi i proprietari.Assolutamente da provare.con il tutto a prezzi medi

Prenotai i primi di giugno per settembre su booking una stanza superior convinto dalle foto e da qualche commento. Trovai stanze completamente differenti e di superior non c'era nulla. Le parole chiavi dovevano essere; residenza con camere datate con insonorizzazione pari a zero, finestre semi distrutte con problemi di chiusura, vetri sottili tali da udire qualsiasi cosa passare nella strada vicina e soprattutto sentire chiaramente il treno passare ogni 30m fino a notte fonda. Se si vuole notti insonni questa è la soluzione migliore. Con un prezzo di 165 € a notte. (controllate bene la tassa di soggiorno è di 1€ al giorno credo che me l'abbiano gonfiata un pò prima di poter fuggire) Per me è una vergogna. Io ho cambiato due camere in una notte ma mi ha portato solo a sentire nuovi rumori insistenti come una specie di sciacquone condominiale che portava a far vibrare tutte le tapparelle (sembravano delle scariche di grandine contro le tapparelle) . Non parliamo degli esterni non appena si apriva la finestra si notava un buco da poter vedere sotto i mattoni e le tapparelle erano mangiate dalla ruggine con anch'esse dei buchi ben visibili. Colazione scarsa per quantità e la qualità che offre. Bisognerebbe non solo ristrutturare la hall e la sala colazioni ma tutta la struttura. Il servizio è nella media con personale cortese e sorridente.

Siamo stati presso questa struttua per il ponte del 25 aprile. Ci ha soddisfatti completamente, camera pulita, completa di tutto, bagno un po piccolo ma comodo. Colazione ottima, sia per varietà che per qualità. Personale gentile e disponibile. Pregio ulteriore il parcheggio vicino che garantisce la comodità di non dover perdere tempo in quanto in zona i parcheggi sono sempre completi.
