The owners are very friendly and helpful. Great comfortable accommodation. Very clean and cozy. The kitchen has everything. Grocery store (Publix) within walking distance. Actually no need for a car. Ocean beach and center 5 min to walk We were very pleased to stay here. Going to visit again and again Thanks for providing a great vacation!

We stayed at the Breakaway Inn for three weeks in May 2024 and we had a fabulous time. So for anyone considering this place you can’t go wrong. It is located 30 min for Hollywood airport ($60 by taxi or $30 by Uber), 3 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to the grocery store and 3 min walk to the main road where the restaurants and pubs are. Around town the bus system works pretty well and you can download the MOVEIT App to see the schedule. We booked the one-bedroom apartment and it was perfect. The beds are comfy, lots of storage and a huge walk-in closet with safe. Bathroom is good. There is a big sitting area with TV (lots of channels) and a full kitchen with table and chairs. The kitchen has everything you need (pots, pans, dishes, cutlery etc). The internet is fast and very reliable. The grounds are very beautiful and well maintained with lounge chairs and a patio sets. There are also two excellent gas BBQs under cover. The pool is wonderful to jump into after a walk about or just back from the beach. The Inn provides beach towels on arrival and can be exchanged as required. There are also an assortment of beach chairs and umbrellas available that previous guests (such as us) bought for their use and left behind. This place is like going to a family gathering. We made some new friends, had social times together (drinks and dinner) which just added to a wonderful experience. One even drove us to the airport when it was time for us to leave. Thankyou Steven. Lastly, the owners (Margaret and Andrew) were amazing. Friendly, always had time to chat and wanted to make sure everyone was having a good time. One night, Margaret invited the couples at the Inn to help her celebrate Andrews Birthday. She provided all the food while Andrew took care of drinks. He makes a wicked Hurricane. It was a great night. Can’t wait to book our return vacation for next May and see our new friends again.

Our second time here. Quiet location and many returning people. So close to everything without being noisy. Owners are so great and do everything for you. Always in reach. Yesterday they served everyone polish feast for free. Last year we had Valentines party also no extra charge. This place is perfect for our little getaway each winter!

We’ve been going to LBTS for 17 years. This is our first time at Breakaway Inn, 9 nights, we absolutely loved it. The room was immaculate, grounds very well landscaped, nice pool with crystal clear water. The owners, Margaret and Andrew, are so nice. They go out of their way to make you feel at home. They ran a Halloween party for their guests that was so much fun. We are going back for 3 1/2 weeks in February and are going back next October for 2 weeks. 5 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the center, with many restaurants, bars and shops. Supermarket is less than a 10 minute walk. So happy that we found it!

I love this place! It is very quiet and close to the beach. The rooms are clean and the kitchen is stocked with everything I need! The grounds are well cared for with beautiful flowers! Highly recommend!!

Excelente lugar! atendido por sus propios dueños , siempre atentos a nuestros requerimientos. Muy bien ubicado cerca de lugares para comer y beber y también cerquita del mar. Lo super recomendamos! Si juegan al tenis tienen dos canchas hermosas en la plaza de enfrente q la dueña del hotel te brinda las llaves.Ah y ademas te da las raquetas y pelotas!! Lugar para volver!!
