It is situated in the Potato Hills with a sprawling view of the Kiamichi Mountain Range and Valley. It's located near the town of Talihina and is less than 30 minutes away from the Talimena Scenic Drive. This beautiful home is located at Mountain View Retreat and sits on 37 acres with 3 other small cabins. The Elk House is a spacious 4 bedroom home with a fantastic cabin feel.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 3 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking allowed: in designated areas.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 24.About events:Events allowed: family gatherings and birthday parties.Maximum event attendees: 20.

Wanderlust
Beautiful cabin with well knit amenities. Mountain View and sunroom is mesmerising rising blend of stay. It is difficult to spend more time around fire pit and sitting area. Some kind of insect repellent lamp or candle would have made it easier.

Oklahoma Get Away
Beautiful inside and out! Spacious and well equipped property for all our needs. The views are amazing and are is quiet. We will be back and appreciate everything about this property and the cabins as well. Would not change a thing!

A beautiful getaway with amazing views
Our entire family stayed- and we were very comfortable there. It was peaceful- and the view can’t be beat. The sunrises were great every morning. Very clean property and we can’t wait to stay again! Thanks for accommodating our family. We loved it!!

Eclipse weekend
We booked over a year ago to watch the eclipse. The Elk house was fantastic! We enjoyed fishing, the stunning view, the beautiful wild flowers. Our hosts even asked us to stay and watch the eclipse with them and made us lunch! We had a perfect weekend, we never left the property, I can’t wait to book our next trip

Pop’s memorial
The house was even more beautiful than the photos. The whole property is very accommodating! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen stocked! Missy provided information and directions before the trip. It can get tricky driving to remote areas but, the directions were perfect! We enjoyed are stay very much and hopefully can return soon!
