The hotel has no restaurant or bar - and no facilities on site for breakfast, which was a BIG disappointment, especially given the lack of them in the local area. The nearest place to eat and drink is the restaurant/café next door, but they were closed on the day we arrived (a Sunday) and not open until Monday morning for breakfast. Nonetheless, the room was very good: clean and large, with the most comfortable bed ever! Ok, there was no aircon, but the fan did a good job. And the price was right.

This hotel feels like it used to cater to business travelers. But it’s seen better days. Huge lobby, and conference area like it’s waiting for a convention to show up. But the rooms have the tiniest bathrooms I have ever seen, and no AC 😞. Also across the street from a vacant business park. not unsafe, but not a pretty neighborhood. All that being said, it came at a great price, so good for one night.

We had a great time here. The host was very friendly and supportive. Our room was new and clean with such beautiful view of the mountain. Large bed with soft and comfortable mattress. Their blankets are cool when it's hot and warm when it's cold, even very slight. I was really surprised by that. The bathroom is fully equipped and has a gentle fragrance. We have breakfast and dinner in service, too. The host is actually a good chef.

Not much of a choice in this town and we stopped over to get to tolosa (on hindsight, we should have stayed in tolosa, which is lovely and historic). I am also writing this while staying in a pigeon hole of a hotel room in barc, so txaratel will be amazing. Location wise, is connected as it has a bus stop 50m away to get to san Sebastian or tolosa. The natural beauty is great apart from the whizzing cars. Hotel wise, room is basic - clean, white and no frills. No telephone in the room to call reception. No hair dryer, no electric kettle. We needed to ask for a kettle but the reception refused. Breakfast is through the café at the hotel which you need to pay. This place could do better with a little more amenities. There was quite a.number of guests while we were there. Good for a stopover or 2 nights.

Limpio, cómodo y económico. No se puede pedir más. Habitación para 3 completa y muy amplia. Por poner una pega, hacía demasiada calor por la noche. El personal tanto del hotel cómo del restaurante muy simpáticos y agradables. Si vuelvo por la zona, repetiré.

Nos trataron como a perros, malas palabras , gritos durante varios días.. La reserva era para 7-8 trabajadores durante 4 jornadas. Faltas de respeto, ruido y comida lamentable y cara. No recomiendo a nadie que vaya. Sinceramente nos fuimos allí sin pegarles pata no quedar al mismo nivel. Un asco de sitio debido a su mala gestión y trato al cliente.

Pour l'hôtel, excellent rapport qualité prix, très propre, calme, confortable... Très bon accueil Seuls bémols : l'absence de parking ce qui peut-être un inconvénient en période de forte affluence, il y a des places gratuites dans la rue mais en petit nombre. Le petit déjeuner qui n'est pas servi sur place mais dans un un bar à côté de l'hôtel peu accueillant et à l'offre de restauration très sommaire.

L'aspect extérieur n'a pas trop d'importance, le plus important c'est la chambre. Il est vrai qu'il faut monter quelques marches, mais bon. Belle réception et bon accueil. Chambre spacieuse avec un grand lit et une grande salle de bain. C'est très propre. Bien insonorisé. Pour le petit déjeuner il y a du choix, mais il faut sortir de l'hôtel car il n'y a pas d'accés direct.

Prima doorreis hotel. Grote kamers, kleine badkamer maar fijne douche. We hebben geen ontbijt en diner gehad in het restaurant. Om de hoek prima busverbinding naar San Sebastian (30 min). Parkeerplaats voor de deur. In de buurt zelf niks te beleven maar wel n supermarkt en tankstation om de hoek. Grote fijne bedden.
