I had such a terrible day with my flight being canceled and I was really stressed out. On top of the other hotels took my reservation fee but then canceled my booking and I was at Witt’s end, alas however these guys took care of me gave me free champagne free breakfast and upgraded me to a suite because of all that happened. Chuck at the bar was great and all the staff was very helpful and friendly. Thank you guys so much for everything!

Made my annual visit back to the US, and this hotel was in the middle of where I needed to be. Once the former Lucky Dragon which did not have proper permits at the time, it seems that Ahearn family is utilizing the space as good multi-purpose. They ventured into a steakhouse, cafe eatery, chocolatiers, a performance dinner theater, and conference venue. The hotel rooms are comfortable, and the staff is quite friendly and professional. The lobby bar closes quite early but The Mint and Golden Steer are next-door, which brings in a lot of locals. I did not try the steakhouse in the hotel, though it’s definitely a solid venue in appearance. There are shopping plazas down the street, but there’s no microwave in the room. There’s not really a point to buy anything to cook. Food is available within the hotel during their opening times, and their breakfast is of a simple yet filling choice of three. I got the avocado three straight days in a row. Mimosas and Espressos blend well with bar options. One of the security guards gave me the background of their conference venue. I was able to buy some books from the very small gift shop. My suggestion is the gift shop can up a notch. I didn’t really use the pool, but the space itself is nice because it’s shaded a good chunk of the day. The position of my own room allowed me to turn the air conditioner off. All the toiletries are in the room, and the housekeeping staff is accommodating if you need anything. I stayed here and the Jockey Club within the first week of the visit, and both hotels are within the same price range despite different locations. Definitely the most logical place to stay if visiting local friends, as I do so on Burner Mondays at The Phoenix. Ahearn has a comedy, singing, and magic show offered with their room. The classic cars near the front lobby were really nice to see. Great job so far, and I look forward to seeing what else they implement there for my next visit.

The breakfast was out of my expectation. I love it and it’s free! I stayed here for 2 nights as everything was good and affordable.

the hotel is perfect when do you have kids my son don’t like smell cigarettes usually in the hoteles smell like smoke and this place doesn’t have bad smell,is perfect to sleep, the rooms are clean and bigger than others and the price is ok, breakfast is delicious and people are nice in the hotel very friendly people i was so glad to find this place

Room is clean and nice quiet place front desk people are nice.

Just used it as a base for going out! I liked the location off the strip, although it wasn’t totally convenient at late night. Would have been nice to have complimentary coffee in the morning. Otherwise lovely clean comfy place!

The staff was friendly and responded quickly to issues and questions, we would stay there again.

設施：小冰箱，工作台，沙發，衞生間很大很實用，名牌潔具，沒有浴缸（本人從不使用酒店的浴缸），沒有電水壺。2層去早餐廳的路上有個小健身房，一層有游泳池。 衞生：乾淨，尤其是外面保潔人員蹲在地上擦馬路牙子。 環境：安靜。坐公共交通方便。走100多米有便利店。 服務：好。早上去吃早餐，服務生把我從二層親自送到一層餐廳門口。免費送早餐券，早餐很好吃，三選一。2瓶瓶裝水/日。 我住了4天，是我喜歡的款，300多房間，離大道100多米，沒有附加費用，以後有機會再住。物美價廉型的。餐廳看上去很棒，儘管衹吃了一次早餐。有好幾個餐廳。

酒店位置很好找，乾淨，晚上安靜，停車場足夠，辦理入住還送了早餐，本來的預訂單是不含早餐的，下次還會預訂。

追加了一晚。酒店的早餐廳對外開放的，出餐口味很穩定。酒店邊上有一個牛排館，真的非常推薦，裏面的氛圍熱烈。 服務員每天🧹，我都留了一點小費。

我們撿到便宜了，入住當天是週四，竟然房價不到450元人民幣，尤其前台還加了免費早餐給我們。地點雖然不在市中心，但靠近雲霄酒店、賭城大道末端，也算不錯了。免費停車，早餐也很好。最高興的是沒有象帶賭場的酒店一樣要加收40刀的度假税（費）？前台小姐態度很好，很熱情，很耐心。
