The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately it was absolutely hot and when I asked was told that as it was not longer summer the air-con didn't cool but only heat so with an unusual weather it was that pleasant.

No tienen nada que ver las fotos con la realidad. Las fotos las hicieron cuando era un NH. Ahora no lo es, y han dejado la mismas. En la fotos está todo nuevo. Ahora está todo viejo. o lo reforman o no querrá ir nadie salvo los que estén desesperados. El personal es lo único que se salva y son muy amables.

Mi esposa y yo estuvimos 5 noches y tuvimos una excelente experiencia en TH Las Rozas. Está en una ubicación excelente para ir a El Escorial, Ávila, Segovia, Valle de Los Caídos y a apenas 25 min del centro de Madrid. Nuestro apartamento fue muy cómodo e impecable en limpieza. La atención fue excelente en en la Recepción y especialmente en el desayuno por parte de Marta y Miriam. El estacionamiento es gratuito, techado y cerrado. Fue perfecto para nosotros. Seguramente volveremos!

Son unos apartamentos que se ve que tienen un tiempo,pero todo super limpio,la recepcionista muy amable ,las camas comodas ,nos cambiaron las toallas todos los dias y te hacen la cama,cosa que en otros sitios muchisimo mas caros no hacen. En general muy recomendable cerca de la estacion de tren y sitio tranquilo.

Es un hotel que nos brinda lo que necesitamos cercanía a Boadilla del Monte,al centro comercial Gran Plaza 2, a la autopista. Amabilidad de todo el personal , comodidad en el estacionamiento. Muy buena calefacción. Muy buena limpieza .

Nunca me alojaré en un hotel que admitan perros; por mucha limpieza que tengan, se ha de usar el mobiliario por donde se ha paseado un animal que va metiendo el hocico en cualquier sitio y además no me gustan y les tengo prevención. La admisión de animales en hoteles, por mucho que sea comercialmente rentable, resta la posibilidad de uso a las personas a las que no nos gustan convivir con ellos, y no creo que sea ni justo ni lógico.

¡El dueño robó nuestro dinero! Ladrones... cancelaron nuestra reserva, se quedaron con nuestro dinero y revendieron la habitación a otra persona. Nunca te quedes aquí. El propietario nos ignoró y nos dijo que estaba en su derecho de vender una habitación nuevamente, pero cancelaron nuestra reserva. Ladrones.
