Jeg skulle i Las Palmas med det formål å følge opp to personer i isolasjon. Jeg bestilte Hotel Christina pga beliggenhet og fordi jeg håper på å få utsikt, eller i det minste få balkong. Jeg tilbringer mye tid alene på rommet. Var skuffet over svaret om at de aldri gir utsiktsrom til solo reisene, og det selv om de har mye ledig kapasitet. Bassengområdet er veldig bra. Frokost er bra, og hun som steker omelett i restauranten var veldig hyggelig og serviceinnstilt. I frokostsalen kan eierne gjerne investert i støydemping, for her var det mye støy. Det var mye hosting i frokostsalen og flere gjester hostet inn i håndflaten og forsynte seg deretter av buffet. Det var nok også flere gjester som fikk påvist korona, for mange fikk mat levert utenfor døren. Rester etter at de hadde spist ble stående i gangen opp til 5-6 timer. Jeg hadde betalt for syv netter men flyttet ut etter 6 netter.
Neste gang skal jeg bo på et mindre hotell hvor de ansatte ser deg som gjest!

Lovely 2 day stay. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The hotel was spotless and very modern in design with a .superb position overlooking the beach.
Food was fresh and plenty of choice both for breakfast and dinner.
Swimming pool area was very well maintained with very efficient staff.

Las Palmas is a tiny city about 30 minutes from the airport, but all the flight crews stay at this hotel, which says something. Check in - effortless, glass of Cava while wait. Beautiful room with only the board walk between us and the sea. We arrived by bus and it was a ten minute walk to the hotel and back. That said, luxury costs, so if you are on a backpackers budget you won't be staying here, however if you are on a spoil-yourself holiday, then you can afford it.

Safe,quiet area. Customer service was excellent! Great dining options,great location with plenty of restaurants around,walkable.

The hotel absolutely doesn’t deserve five stars ! The reception is part of the restaurant. The room is not up to par: absent of bathrobe, bath product, towels are in a terrible state. The household very badly done, the sheets were not changed for three days. The catering is very limited. We regret having chosen this hotel.

Phenomenal staff and service. We had misplaced an item and housekeeping was able to find it and returned it to our room the following day. Halfboard was well worth it. The hotel is in a great location for any exploring and traveling needs.
