On a pris 2 chambres la première donnait sur une cours par très agréable et la deuxième très sombre avec un fenêtre en hauteur

Well situated hotel near beach and amenities. Best bit was the really comfortable bed, but lots of niggles otherwise. There was a stink from the shower drain in room 414. Reported three times in all, never resolved. There was only one chair - although no room for another in a “superior” room. The single chair was obviously trendy but very uncomfortable. And guests should not have to rearrange the furniture to access the fridge! The television was good quality, and the sound was excellent. However apart from Spanish channels and about 20 German television channels there was only one British one and that was BBC World News - scarcely entertaining! Self service restaurant in basement was only for breakfast which we didn’t use. There are many nearby cafes providing breakfast/ brunch with a sea view O! Market is a vending machine…

Great location good size rooms, water pressure in shower excellent. Hair dryer and iron steamer provided in the room were good quality.

Great position. Booked a suite on the top floor. Quiet room with big comfortable bed and great shower. Nice big balcony. Nice breakfast. Good value. Would stay here again.

We were on the floor 5, view of the sea to the right of a small balcony. We were given a choice of twin or king room, we choose king as the room was slightly larger. Lovely comfy beds, tea, coffee and kettle, steamer..much better than an iron, safe, plenty hanging space for clothes, good large tv. Separate loo with a proper door to the floor, thank goodness. Good rain shower, with separate shower, toiletries. We had breakfast one morning 12 euros 💶, but well worth it, amazing selection of hot and cold food, pastries, fresh bread, great fresh orange juice and coffee. Staff were very friendly too from reception greeting you every morning to the cleaning ladies. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Only thing it lacks is a swimming pool, theres a fantastic rooftop bar though, with lovely views of the beach, beer 🍺 was a good price for a hotel bar too. Location was great, in the middle of las canteras up a wee street about 50 yards. Deffo value for money 💰

The room was tiny and had no windows, no balcony and no fresh air. We were right by the lift so could hear the lift pinging. It felt like the bathroom area was an after thought the way it was crammed in. There is no pool at this hotel and the roof terrace is small, no sunbeds and the bar doesn't open until 4pm so there isn't anywhere at the hotel to base yourself for the day. So you are either out all day or in your room. +location - excellent, doesn't get much better. +staff - lovely, attentive, polite, excellent English. +breakfast - faultless, plenty of options, loads of fresh food and attentive staff. the dining room is tiny so might need to wait at busy times. We wouldn't go back there because the negatives outweigh the positives by a long shot, which is a huge shame as I like this hotel brand.

The hotel room layout is awful and embarrassing to the Barcelo brand name. The bathroom has been chopped up; a large empty room for the toilet; a cramped shower and a sink in the middle of the bedroom area. The fake terrazzo tile is cheap. There are no doors on the closest space/walls. The rooms need more insulation with neighbors. Not happy.
