We preferred this hotel for 7 days for business. There is no major deficiency except for the unfortunate flooding from the upstaits room to my room on the 3rd day, which was not caused by the hotel, and the central air conditioning system did not work. It is a little above the acceptable level in terms of price performance. The whole team is very helpful and constantly smiling. Breakfast is sufficient. The location is central. Max. 2 minutes to the beach, maybe 1 minute depending on your walk. I don't know if I recommend it !!! But if the central air conditioning is repaired, I think you won't regret it too much.

The hotel staff are all very attentive and very professional. The rooms are always very clean and equipped with the necessities even for a long stay. The beach is very close, about 100 metres away. It is nice to spend the day on the beach and come back to the comfortable air-conditioned room.

Location is great at this newly opened hotel just 50 m from Las Canteras beach. Friendly staff and fresh rooms. Large variety at breakfast.

This hotel ticked all the boxes ,location to fabulous restaurants, promenade and shops views from room, rooftop bar serving excellent cocktails friendly and helpful staff and cleanliness of the room

Lovely hotel. Plus side: 12 minute walk from bus station, beach and restaurants on doorstep, modern room, comfy bed, amazing shower, good breakfast, great roof top bar Down side: noise from outside bars at night, very hot room, private toilet but open plan bathroom with no door when using sink, so you are visible to the other person the whole time.

A well run hotel. We had a Junior suite which was quite large. (I have noted that some opinions criticize the Standard rooms). Our room (601) was on the top of the hotel and faced the sea, but our balcony had a 1.5m wall which obscured the view if you were sitting down! It also had a very rusty table on the balcony which should have been discarded! Overall a good and well run modern hotel.

A very nice, renovated hotel. The beds are extremely comfortable. All staff very friendly and ready to help. High-quality, varied breakfast, excellent coffee and fresh juices. The hotel is in an ideal location, two minutes from Las Canteras beach, close to public transport. The rooms and all areas are extremely clean. Excellent price-quality ratio

This was a very nice well located hotel with friendly staff. The room was comfortable and well maintained. The only think that people considering staying here need to think about is the fact that it is a Spanish city centre hotel so there may be a lot of noise outside until the early hours.
