Good value for money, but be aware that it's a very basic apartment hotel with small kitchen and thin walls, windows and doors. Neighbors can also be heard through the echoing courtyards. Room was not ready on time.

The apartment block entrance way doesn't look appealing but the hallway is very modern. Some rooms i believe have been renovated but mine room 103 was a bit jaded in the kitchen and mixed tiles were used in the bathroom. The location is great for cafes and snack bars, a long walkway straight outside. My room had a small balcony where you could hang washing, there are 2 laundrettes just a few yards away. You can just see the sea from the balcony which is moments away. There is a very wide promenade for about a mile along the broad beach. The kitchen had two sets of plates, cups and bowls and cutlery. The hotplate is modern and heats up extremely quickly. There is a good sized fridge but mine was dripping onto the floor as it was iced up. The receptionist is nice but only speaks Spanish but was able to help me with my taxi back to the Airport. I thoroughly enjoyed my 5 nights there and would stay there again. There is some street noise during the night especially on Friday. There is a wall mounted colour TV in front of the two single beds.

We found the location a valid one, staff and services were very appricieted and this urged us to request an attention for our possible next stay. I'll say as compared to many other solutions i've used to be price/quality very intresting. Will surely use this place next time I have to make a trip to Gran Canaria.

La atención en recepción fue muy amable , las instalaciones normales pero limpias y en orden , lo único es en 4 días no nos cambiaron las toallas . Por lo demás todo bien

Muito perto da praia, 2 min andando até calçadão, o apto era muito arejado, só precisa de cortinas melhores para ficar escuro de manhã, tem mini cozinha com fogão e frigobar, deu pra gente fazer nosso café da manhã, equipe de atendimento na recepção foram ótimas, local sempre limpo, com certeza voltarei nesse apartamento caso volte pra Canarias.

Отелю надо перестать принимать гостей и закрыться на реконструкцию. Хорошо, что мы останавливались там только на 3 ночи.

Es bastante básico. La habitación que nos tocó daba a un patio de luces. No había ni lavaplatos El aparcamiento de la zona es imposible ni si quiera en zona regulada, los parkings son una odisea, no se puede ni parar para dejar las maletas

La ubicación es perfecta y céntrica pero el apartamento es bastante cutre y antiguo

Se escucha todo los apto necesitan una remodelación de colchones , mobiliario y baño

Calidad/precio muy elevado para una persona. En la recepción muy desconfiados.
