The room was pleasantl pretty much S expected although I was plesddd to find I had a double bed was only expecting a single. There was a fridge in the room but no kettle could id done with one , the air conditioning was controlled by reception it was ok but a bit of a miss cr having to call down to ask it to be adjusted. The people on the reception were very helpful and well mannered . Overall it was a pleasant stay and very good value for money. Would go there again for a short trip

It was very noisy in the room from various motors & pumps. It's also very disappointing that the hotel functions as a date-house

내가 가본 호텔 중에 가장 최악이었음.
에어컨 고장나서 하루종일 땀 뻘뻘 흘리면서 있는데
뭔가 해결해줄 노력은 전혀하지 않고
직원 얼굴에는 짜증만 가득하고
영어 잘못하는거 같으니까 아예 해결 노력을 하지 않음.
영어 잘하는 친구와 통화시켜서 따지니까
그제서야 없다던 방이 새로 생겼는지
방을 바꿔주겠다고 한다.

Hello! I'd love to find out why my reservation was cancelled by you. I booked a room through Booking on 4th of August, the reservation was confirmed. Later on 19th of August i received a notification that YOU cancelled my booking due to the overbooking. I don't understand why it is happening! I made my booking and after it was cancelled. Is it alright with you? Do you understand that all hotels are expensive right now and I booked your hotel in advance to get a good price? I'm deeply disappointed! I called you 5 times and NO ONE gave me any information why it happened! This is ridiculous!

Avoid this propery, book somewhere else! We were excited about going to see Ed Sherran in concert, and we booked this hotel as it's 15 minutes from the Land of Tomorrow venue. We booked and paid in full 3 months ago, and now 2 weeks before the concert they have cancelled our booking. This is obviously because they have realised they can sell the rooms for more money closer to the concert date. This is absolutely disgusting and so greedy!! You should be ashamed of yourselves. Thank you for ruining our family trip!!
