We had a brief yet wonderful stay at Pacific Cebu Resort. The amenities were great, but the only downside was the absence of a lifeguard on duty by the poolside.

This is our second time spending our staycation. What I loved about this place are the trees, pool and beach. The architectural landscape is so relaxing. There are lots of pools. The views are instagrammable everywhere. You can go outside anytime you want without worries of the UV sun rays because of the shades from trees. There are lots of staffs served our needs including the interns and they did it excellently and politely. I used to surprised my husband with a birthday cake in our breakfast buffet and the staffs accommodated my request to sing a "Happy birthday" song for him with a cake. To my gratefulness, we just took a little slice of a cake and gave the rest to the staffs. I went to many resorts in the Philippines and this is one of my favorite. I will definitely be back soon.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Hotel is next to a building site. You can hear loud construction noise EVERYWHERE in the resort so it is not a relaxing place to stay. I requested to move rooms as my room was right next to the construction site and the hotel wanted to charge more even though the whole hotel was unsatisfactory due to the noise. I cut my stay short due to this. Front desk staff had poor customer service. The hotel looks like prior to the construction it was very beautiful so it is a shame the noise completely ruins it. All the pools were very dirty too. Food is very overpriced and resort does not let you bring your own food or drinks in. Hotel is far from restaurants and shops too.

If you're looking for peace and quiet, then this resort is for you. :) Family friendly too, we saw families bringing their Senior parents and kids too.

WOW! Rackie,the Front office manager was very hospitable,friendly and very welcoming to us as guests..Bilmor the bellman was| very helpful and Lovely, the OJT Reception was very accommodating.This place is a GEM. All the staff are very Welcoming, they make you feel at home away from home. EXCELLENT Service. Very Highly Recommended this place. The BEST place We ever stayed of all the Hotels and Resorts.

I highly recommend Pacific Cebu Resort

The rooms were clean, nice and spacious. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

Worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life. The bed is shaking, konting galaw aalog. The toilet has no ventilation nor a exhaust fan. The pool is so dirty, hindi namin masikmurang lumangoy kahit gabi pa. We paid 3743. I actually tried to cancel it the day before because I realized how bad the traffic in the city upon arrival and its 30mins away from the airport but they didn’t allow it. Some hotel allow it and keep take 500php as reservation fee. The photos are good but it’s abig SCAM!!!!!!

Wonderful staying at Casablanca Inn. Very clean room room and territory. Best choice if you drive motorbike.

A lot has changed since our 2020 visit at the start of pandemic outbreak. Some structures are taken down resulting to a more spacious looking resort. They need to improve breakfast from plated to buffet considering that the resort is fully booked. Resort can increase breakfast price from 400Php(plated) to 600Php (buffet) per person if needed. A very good breakfast with family is a must for a family outing and bonding where we can stay longer and share stories. Improve the communication between 3rd party booking site and hotel. We had some issues on number breakfast allocated which will surely affect mood and mind of vacationeers.

Excellent resort complex with several pools and a good but rather pricey restaurant and the price of drinks by the pool is very high. Wifi throughout the resort is excellent as is the breakfast. Staff are very friendly but the resort requests 2000 pesos per night cash deposit upon check-in which I was unprepared for. Some maintenance is required on pier into the sea but I believe this is recent typhoon damage.

This resort is average. The staff are lovely and very helpful, but it looks better in the pictures. We couldn't swim at the 'beach' and the facilities are somewhat dated. Moreover, it is somewhat overpriced for what you get. I don't mind paying good money for a good stay, but I'm not sure that the food, though good, is worth what one is charged. We went to lunch at Azure by Crimson Resort and our bill was only slightly higher than at this resort. Considering that Crimson is a luxury resort and Azure has a 5-star rating, it seems a bit off. Also, be aware that you will be charged a 2000peso deposit per night. It is also very far from everything else and the facilities close early. You are not allowed to order food on Grab or bring in any other food from the outside unless you're willing to pay 35% 'corkage fee'. A bit ridiculous. Also, they had a zumba class on the lawn next to the restaurant and played really loud music before 7am on a Saturday. It was really annoying. It wasn't a bad stay. It was average. .

the hotel was nice with beautiful view I really enjoy it there but it would be great if the pool open in the evening till 9pm
