We were not able to get to the hotel because the road going to it was impassable, plus their contact number wasn't working. I'm requesting a refund.

Slightly difficult to find but they were responsive and they went out of their way to guide/direct us to their hotel. Accommodating staff. 5 minute walk from the main road.

Good performance

After a long trip we were so tired and looking for a place to shower and rest this was the perfect place! The workers were very friendly and helpful! 🥰

The place is ok but the location is quite hard to locate. The price is average.

When I check in the hotel I payed online already and when I arrive I find out that is not anymore on operational online and I have to pay again upon checking in there. . No refund even I report it.. don’t pay online here better to pay by the counter ..

Safety cleanliness and all the staffs are kind, hospitable and very accommodating. Will book hear again when I come to Cebu

you live in a separate room. The common area includes a bathroom, shower and kitchen with dining room. I lived alone, so I didn’t experience any comforts. The location is of course depressing, but if you have your own transport this is not a problem. the staff is excellent, I was satisfied

It’s not easy to find the hotel.We need to entered in an alley to locate the place.Not an easy access to food and public transport

I needed to depart this at 4AM because my flight's departure time was 6AM. I knew that it was difficult for the hotel manager to get up early but actually she got up and tried to give me a good service. In fact, though Grab taxi couldn't pick me up due to GPS discrepancy, the hotel manager talked to the Grab driver in order to lead to the correct position. Thanks for her huge supports, I could reach to airport on time. (btw, your back view when you were on the bicycle was so cool and reliable. LOL) Thanks a lot.
