The location of the hotel entrance was a bit challenging. The view of pedestrian street from hotel room is great. Location is good.

The staff were great and helped me resolve the noise issue I experienced in my room. They also provided complimentary laundry service and evening snacks.

Great hotel in a great location but had a phone call from the hotel 4 hours after I had checked out asking whether I had left the room. Understand they don’t have many foreign guests but the call was handled terribly.

Clean and modern. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Convenient to Xiguan metro stop and walkable to the Iron Bridge on the Yellow River.You enter through the parking lot and go to the 19th floor, which can be confusing the first time. Excellent breakfast. Lovely dining room. Laundry,gym, even a library. Highly recommend.

Had a room the view was too good. Overall the room is very clean and tidy, but lack of mini bar aminities. The layout is good and the space just nice not too big not too small. No international channels but i'm fine with it but the internet is wonderful, We enjoyed our stay. The shower had plenty of hot water and the bed was very comfortable. The AC did work properly. In fact, the temperature was friendly .The hotel is not on the main road, but is on a side street to the right. Can be seen from the sidewalk. There are lots of local restaurants, fruit stands and street food near the hotel. The staff are super friendly although not much English language skills. English/Chinese translation Apps were very helpful and a must.

Nice place and good location. Comfortable bed and decent air-conditioning. Staff spoke no English, of course, but check-in went about as smooth as it can in China.

這一次的入住體驗真的非常好，好到有點意想不到，尤其是前台服務人員，真的很貼心也很負責，由於我是來二院看病的，帶着兩個孩子很不方便，前台工作人員就提出幫我看着點孩子，真的是幫了大忙了，並且我晚上回來已經很晚了，回來發現這位工作人員竟然還在前台，並且孩子已經睡著了，他説是要看到我回來他才放心走，並且在得知我還沒有吃飯，還給我準備了一碗餛飩 在陌生的城市，得到這樣關心與關照真的很讓人淚目，回到房間裏面洗了個熱水澡，雖然他們樓層比較高，但是水壓一點也不小，水壓真的很給力，房間裏面配備的一次性杯子，也很棒，沖完葯拿到手裡一點也不燙，真的非常感謝蘭州西關張掖路步行街亞朵酒店的每一位工作人員，尤其是幫我照看孩子的那位優秀的前台工作人員‘南楠’ 真的非常推薦的一家酒店，下次還會來住
