Location is good, staff friendly and able to speak English, very helpful and nice. The room was decently decorated however there were a few inconveniences you would not expect from Hilton. Curtains were missing, noticed too late, in the morning the light was so bright through the sheer, my sleep was disturbed. The room was extremely hot (27 degrees celsius) while the ac was working it still felt too hot. The mattresses felt somewhat different from other Hilton hotels. I struggled falling asleep and kept waking up throughout the night. The internet speed is locked behind a Hilton membership (2025, having wifi locked behind membership is insane) The bathtub didn’t have any toiletries nearby, if you want to take a bath and wash yourself you will have to get out of the bathtub and reach for the shower gel or whatever else you need or bring your toiletries with you and put them next to the bathtub before getting in. The view was nice however the sofa in front of the big windows with the city view had stains and dark spots on it making it a bit uncomfortable to sit on it for too long.

The hotel's facilities were exceptional, offering a diverse range of amenities such as a well-equipped fitness center, rejuvenating spa, and a stunning pool. However, what truly stood out for me was the captivating live music that filled the hotel. The talented musicians created a vibrant and unforgettable atmosphere, adding an extra touch of charm to my stay. All in all, this hotel's exceptional customer service and outstanding facilities made my experience truly unforgettable.

i've stayed here a few times already. as usual it was a good stay. the staff are all warm, welcoming and friendly with a good understanding of English. such as Nicole who assisted me in changing rooms and even though i was with a chinese speaker she still actively spoke English to keep me in the clear. As well as the young lady who checked me in (Debby or Deborah, i'm really sorry i can't recall her name i was very tired) who was really warm and welcoming. so the main question would i stay again. yes should you stay here? yes

Very happy with my stay. The reception is not located on the ground floor but staff make it very easy for you to find the elevators. The room was very clean and well maintained. All facets of the suite worked very well. The “Executive Lounge” is located in the lobby and contains a fair selection of Whiskeys and Wines. This was my first time staying in a Hilton, this hotel has now set a bar for my hotel experience.

The A/C in the room doesn’t work at all. So hot and barely can sleep during night. The customer service from the duty manager Tom is great as he extend service recovery immediately.

The hotel was very welcoming and staff were very helpful and we were never let down by they’re suggestions or help! Sarah was very helpful from the start and until we left despite having a day off! Very much appreciated and will definitely book in the future when we come back to Lanzhou! Thanks!

Very nice very new hotel. Great view from the lobby and the bar. Also the rooms have a great view. Very clean and very nice and supporting staff. Also the pool has a decent size to swim!

這次的入住體驗太棒了！踏入酒店大堂，典雅的裝修風格和温馨的燈光瞬間讓我放鬆下來，前台工作人員熱情周到，辦理入住迅速，還貼心介紹了酒店各項設施。 房間乾淨整潔，床鋪柔軟舒適，床品也很親膚，衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品品質上乘。酒店的自助早餐豐富多樣，中西餐都有，味道也很不錯。 健身房器材齊全，泳池水質清澈，周圍的環境很舒適。地理位置也十分優越，周邊有很多餐廳和商場，出行很方便。唯一美中不足的是，酒店的電梯不是很方便。但總體來説，瑕不掩瑜，下次還會選擇這家酒店！
