Access & Parking: individual garage. All-season motor access to the house. Car recommended. Situation: on the outskirts, above Playa Blanca, quiet, sunny position. View from the apartment of the sea and the mountains.
Surroundings of the house: grounds (private use, 500 m2), garden (shared use), swimming pool (private use, heated, length 6 m x width 4 m, open from 01.01. untill 31 .12.), barbecue (private use).
